Unable to move my lower body, I open my eyes steadily, peering out at the clouded air of dust.

"Jane?" I call, my voice sounding unfamiliar colliding with the ringing in my ears.

I cough loudly, my chest feeling trapped and tight. I can feel the heavy weight upon me, part of the roof having crushed my against the bed I lay upon.

Certainly not ideal.

An elongated groan fills my ears as I feel the roof burying me being lifted steadily.

"Jane, help her out." Thor calls, holding the weight of the large stone piece.

I feel fumbling arms pulling me out, the ringing in my ears beginning to conceal itself.

"(Y/n)? Are you alright?" Jane asks, leaning over me.

"I'm fine." I mutter, sitting up painfully.

"Allow me." Thor interrupts, walking over and pulling me to my feet.

"Thank you." I dismiss, "What happened?"

"An explosion." Tony cuts in, coming over to us from behind, a trail of Avengers following him.

"Well no shit, Anthony." I glare.

"You ask a stupid question, Scary Spice, you get a stupid answer." he smirks.

"Is everyone here?" Natasha asks, glancing around.

"I think so." Thor nods, everyone turning to each other.

"Loki." I add, "Where is Loki?"

My eyes search the rubble, watching for any sign of movement, coming up empty handed.

"Loki!" Thor yells, "Brother, can you hear me?"

Being met with only silence, Thor starts stepping and manoeuvring through the facility's remains, searching eagerly for his brother.

"Loki?" I call.

"Where did the attack come from?" Steve wonders aloud, looking up into the sky.

"Is that really our main concern, whilst Loki is missing?" I ask.

"Uh, yeah. It is." Tony answers matter-of-factly.

"Loki?" Thor yells out, checking underneath large sheets of rock for his adopted brother.

A loud moan erupts from a certain area of destruction, shielded by a large gathering of rubble.

"Loki." I gasp, hurrying over, a slight limp finding its way into my run.

I quickly tear off pieces of rock, digging further and further into the pile.

"Loki, I'm here." I call, still rummaging relentlessly, "Speak to me."

"(Y/n)?" his voice calls.

Thor kneels beside me, assisting me with the removal of the rock.

"Brother, we're going to get you out, stay still and try to describe your injuries." he booms.

"Injuries?" he groans, "I'm perfectly alright."

"Bullshit." I mumble.

"Language." he calls.
