"don't even remind me katie that was so awkward" you sigh as you get your backpack on the lunch table.
"IT WAS HILARIOUSSS, THE LOOK ON YOUR FACES HAD ME DEAD" she continued to laugh as you didn't find it funny.

"anyways, wanna get lunch?" you asked.
"sure" she responded trying not to laugh.

you both make your way to the line.

MATTIAS POV

"NO" mattia responded quickly as he slams his locker closed.
"but if you felt something, might as well tell her. maybe she did too" troy insisted.
"bro no, i dont do that wack shit" he responded sighing.
"at least talk about it with her, to clear the air. so it won't be so awkward" alejandro whined.

mattia thought of it.

"no" he said again.

he started waking off as the boys followed behind him.

"why not" kairi asks.
"why should i?" he shot back.
"because if not, i'll tell cameron myself" alejandro smirked.

mattia stopped walking and stood still.

"fine" he gritted through his teeth.

CAMERONS POV

"bro that sand which tastes like shit" you say chugging a small water bottle.
"then why did you eat it?" katie laughed.
"a bitch get hungry" you both laughed.

"hey cameron can i talk to you?" mattia said behind both of you guys

you both turned around and looked at eachother.

"sure" you awkwardly smiled.

you stood up and followed mattia heading towards the hallways.

alejandro, kairi, and troy sit down in front of katie all smiling.

"did it go smoothly?" katie asked.
"took a while but we did it" alejandro smiled at katie.

they got lost in each other's eyes but kairis snapped between their faces.

"hello?" kairis said confused.

katie and alejandro snapped out of it and sat there in awkwardness.

MATTIA AND CAMERONS POV.

they walk into the hall ways and stand by the exit.

"what's up"  cameron said playing with her hands.
"right, so um about the-... you know..." he stuttered.

you soon caught on.

"oh yeah, the uh...thing" you cooperated.
"yeah um so i don't want things to be weird" me stuttered again.
"yeah same so uh...friends??" you smiled.
"friends" he smiled back.
"can we pretend that thing and this never happened" you chuckled.
"yes please" he laughed and looked down at his shoes.
"wanna go back?" you asked.
"sure" you both walked back laughing on how awkward that small conversation was.

you both make your way to the tables and you sit next to Katie as she nudges you're arm and you stomp on her foot.

"OW" she yelled.
"what's wrong" mattia asked.
"oh um nothing" she nudged you again playfully and went on her phone like everyone else.
