Akatsuki - daybreak, dawn.

Yuyami - dusk, twilight

"Akatsuki! Please don't climb the shelves. Yuyami! Stop eating the glue. Koutarou! Stop making owl noises." Akaashi yelled at his family. With a sigh he pushed up his glasses and looked at their twins bewildered expressions.
"Are you sure you still want to babysit them? I mean, I don't want to leave them with Sakusa-san again after he nearly sprayed them with chemicals. And Hinata-kun...just no. He just gets crazy with them. Kenma just gives them a tablet to watch and Kuroo-san plays the periodic table song on repeat. I literally can't get the song out of my head. "
"It's fine Keiji-kun. I love kids. And kids love me." Atsumu said.
"When we had to watch Hinata's sister, she kicked you in the balls." Osamu pointed out.
"Well she was like 13. Moody teenagers. Aka-chan and Yu-chan are 2 year olds."
Akaashi gave the blonde twin a pointed look, "Trust me, my sons are a lot of trouble. It's really fine if you don't want to. Kou and I just haven't had a night alone in a while."
"It's ok Keiji. I brought some onigiri's from my shop. Yuyami loves them right?"
"Yes, he does. And Akatsu loves grilled meat, just like Kou. There should be some in the fridge. And well, we have to go if we want to be at the restaurant on time. Kou! It's time to go!"

"I'm coming Arghaashi!" Bokuto yelled from the living room.
"It's Keiji, Kou. I'm not Akaashi anymore." Akaashi explained with a sigh, he had to at least twice a day.

"Go and have fun you too. We'll be fine with the twins." Atsumu said.
"Ok. but call me if anything happens and I mean anything."
"We got it."

"Ok, we should go and find the kids now shouldn't we?" Osamu asked his brother.
"Yep. I'll find Akastuki, you find Yuyami." Osamu nodded and went out to find the raven child.

Atsumu looked all through the house until he suddenly found Akastuki with dark red liptick all over his face.
"Aka-chan! What are you doing? And how do you have liptick? They're both guys- oh. I see. I see." Atsumu chuckled to himself before picking up the child. Each twin shared a distinct feature of both parents. Akatsuki had Bokuto's white hair with Akaashi's piercing teal eyes. While Yuyami had Akaashi's raven hair with Bokuto's vibrant golden eyes. A perfect mix really. (don't question how the kids can look like both fathers because they would have had to have a surrogate mother, no male pregnacies here, those stories creep me out)

"Let's get you clean and then something to eat. You want some meat?" Atsumu asked Akatsuki.
"Yesh!"
"Okay! Come on then, can you show me where your bathroom is?" The little boy nodded before pointing to the left and Atsumu had a smug expression on his face.

'I bet I'm doing so much better than 'Samu. Psh, who said I wasn't good with kids.'

"Yuyami? Where are you?" Osamu called out, walking into the kitchen. He received no response.
"Ok, I guess I'll just have to eat these onigiri's all to myself."
"No! I want some!" A little voice yelled. Osamu saw the little boy run out of the cupboard and latch onto his leg.
"Pwease Ooswamu-saaaaan. Can I have some?!"

The raven chuckled at Yuyami before picking him up.
"Hell yeah. They're on the table. We better eat them before Akatsuki and 'Tsumu do." Osamu teased playfully, exciting the child.

'I bet 'Tsumu is having a lot of trouble now. I'm obviously better with kids.'

"You know, I have a feeling the Miya's are going to compete over who is better with kids." Akaashi said suddenly, wiping away the remains of their dinner from his mouth.
"I'm sure they're fine Akaashi."
"It's Keiji, Kou."

"Here you go, Yu. These ones are your favourite right?" Osamu asked, setting the little boy at the table with the onigiri's in front of him.
"Yesh!"
"Aaaaand. I'm your favourite right? More than 'Tsumu?"
"Yesh! I dwon't like 'Tsumu's hair. It's a yucky colour." Yuyami exclaimed, bits of rice around his mouth.
"I agree Yuyami, black it a much cooler hair colour right?"
"Yesh! But Aka's hair is cool!"
"Yeah. I had no idea that was Koutarou's natural hair colour. I assumed it was black too."
"Daddy's hair's cool!"
"Yeah. It is."

"Ok, finally you're all clean Aka-chan. 'Samu brought some onigiri's. Do you want some?" Atsumu asked, adjusted the boy on his hips.
"No!" Akatsuki exclaimed, turning his head and pouting.

'Jeez, it's not just the hair that makes him similar to Bokkun.'

"Welllll, there's some grilled meat in the fridge your Dad made." The blonde bribed, trying to get the toddler out of his mini emo mode.
"Which Daddy made it?"
"Keiji? So, Papa made it." Atsumu answered in a confused voice, trying to remember who was called what.

It was really confusing since Akatsuki called Akaashi, Papa and Bokuto, Daddy. While Yuyami called Akaashi, Daddy and Bokuto, Papa. He could never remember.

Akatsuki's eyes lit up and Atsumu knew he answered right. Obviously Akatsuki preferred Akaashi's cooking.
"Let's go to the kitchen!"
"Yay!"
Atsumu carried the child to the kitchen, smugly thinking he was the better one with children. But when he saw Osamu and Yuyami at the kitchen table, all happy and laughing, he couldn't help but feel competitive.

"Come on Aka-chan. I'm gonna get you your favourite food. Grilled meat." Atsumu said loudly.
"Shut up 'Tsumu. Yuyami has already eaten all the onigiri with me, you know. His favourite food."
"The boys like me better!" The blonde growled, stomping his foot.
"Oh really? Yuyami? Am I your favourite?"
The raven boy nodded enthusiastically.
"Yes! Ooswamu my favourite. 'Tsumu hair yucky." Yuyami explained, poking his tongue out in disgust, gesturing to Atsumu's hair.
"Aka-chan? I'm your favourite right?" Atsumu asked the small child desperately.
"Wellll-"

"We're home!" Bokuto yelled suddenly.
"Daddy!"
"Papa!"

The twin boys ran to their fathers, the men who then picked up their children and held them close.
"Hey, Yu. You were good right?" Akaashi asked.
"Yes! Ooswamu gave me onigiri's!"
"Yes, I saw."
"Hey! Hey! Hey! Aka, did you have fun?" Bokuto asked his son.
"Yes! 'Tsumu gave me meat! And I fwound Papa's lipstick." Akatsuki explained while laughing.

Meanwhile Akaashi's face had gone bright red.
"Keiji-kunnnn. Didn't know you were that kind of person." Atsumu teased.
"Shut up 'Tsumu. I've caught you in weirder things for Sakusa." Osamu retorted.
"Um, there are children. Please stop talking about that stuff." Akaashi begged, a blush still across his face.
"Yeah. Thanks for looking after them! You guys can go home now."
"Your welcome. They weren't that bad actually. See ya Yuyami!" Osamu said, waving to the said boy before walking out the door.
"See yer later Aka-chan." Atsumu bid his goodbye and walked out.

"Wait! Aka-chan! I am your favourite right?" Atsumy asked, panting as he had run back.
"Yes! You're cool. Even if your hair is yucky."
Bokuto and Akaashi chuckled. Atsumu's shoulder's sagged but then liften back up.
"Hah! 'Samu! I'm his favourite!"
