Caramel pov

I was running around the house trying to get everything ready as today was the twins birthday.

I decided that for one day I don't want no drama and just have a nice day with family.

I know I'm asking for a lot with this family but I just need this one day.
The cullens was coming from forks.
My siblings would be here and Hope will be with them.

Caroline with her twin girls.
Damon and Stefan.
Of course Alaric as he was helping me with everything.

I was doing good so far.
I had the twins dressed.

And I had dressed up my baby girl jo.

"Mommy Nicholas toke my bear uncle nik gave me" Kol pouts and I sigh and walk to the living room "Nicholas give your brother back his bear" I say and jo starts crying.
I pick her up and she grabs on to my hair.

"Mooom" he whines "I mean it" I say and Nicholas throws the bear and stomp off.
I sigh as I know he will be back in the minute.

I hear the door and I come around the corner and see jasper.
"Oh I'm so glade you're here" I say and grab his hand.
"Go upstairs and talk to your son" I then walk off.

Alaric walks up to me.
"The cake and stuff is set up" I nod and hand him jo after I untangle her hands from my hair.

I then set up the bouncy house outside as the twins had their little friends coming over.
I'm so glad that his friends aren't human.

I know the mothers of his friends and they are witches and vampires.
Which now that I think about everything I'm sorta nervous.
Who knows how everyone is gonna react.

The rest of the Cullens arrived and so did Caroline with the twins.

"Hi everyone ok so presents over there at the table" I instructed.
"Hi Cara" renesmee said running over to me.
"Hi dear" I say and hand her some fruit which she eats.

"Ok this is going well so far" I say
The twins are playing with renesmee and jo has the twins Lizzie and Josie.

I open the door for my siblings and take hope from Hayley.
"Hi baby" I say and she laughs while holding on to me.

"Don't mess anything up" I say looking at klaus.
"Why would I mess up my nephews birthday party?" He asked and I shrug "I don't know" I then walk off with hope and watch as the rest of the kids get here with the parents.

I put hope with Lizzie and Jo and Josie.

I then walk off.

Everything is so good right now.
I smile real big.
"This is great" I say to jasper and he nods.

I then hug him "thank you for helping have the best sons ever" I say to him.
"It's no problem but really I should be thanking you" I laugh and kiss his cheek and then walk off.

"Looks like you and jasper were rather cozy over there" Hayley said to me and I shake my head "it's not like that with us anymore"
"Oh really?" "Yes really and when are you going to get with my brother?" I ask and she shakes her head "you do know I'm married now right?"

"I know but do you really have to be with him"
She gives me a look and I sigh "sorry I know Jackson is a great man, and why didn't you wait for me when you kicked klaus ass" she laughs at me and push me a little.

It was all good till I felt a pain and hear everyone gasped.

I fall to the ground and Hayley catch me.
"Get the kids out of here" I hear someone say.
"Why isn't she healing?" I hear another voice ask.

"Sorry this had to be done but I've been waiting for this a long time" a voice say and I look and see dahlia.
"I want what is promised to me" she adds.
"Why attack me?" I get out "don't worry about it" she then looks around.
"Where are the children?, no matter I will find them later" she said and leaves.
I groan in pain and jasper walks forward and picks me up.

He sits me down on the couch.
"I want you all to leave and be safe" I whisper.
"No" jasper shakes his head.
I knew he would say that.

I'm to weak to argue with him right now.

Time skip

"I just wanted this day to be great for my twins" I say to klaus as everyone else had left.

I trust Hayley with my twins.
She told me her plan and I agreed with her.
I told her to take the twins with her and hope.
I knew I wasn't gonna last long.

I told Alaric to make sure jo stays safe.
My siblings toke me back to New Orleans.
"Stop, your gonna be fine sister" he said and I shake my head "I won't be"

"Just rest" he said and leave out.
