Chapter twelve

"Was I that bad?" Sophie asked, hoping her singing didn't sound like a dying walrus.

"What?!" All her friends yelled.

"Honey," Biana said, "you sound like an angel."

Sophie blushed. "Thank you."

"You sound like..." Linh started. "I don't even know, because no one in the world sounds that good!"

Sophie turned to look at Fitz. She wanted to know what he thought.

"Fitz?"

Fitz stared at her in a daze.

"Fitz?" Sophie repeated.

Biana put her hand up. "Hang on, I got this."
She walked over to Fitz and lightly punched him in the arm.

"Owwwwww," Fitz complained, snapping out of his daze. "Biana you know that's my soft spot."

Keefe and Tam snickered.

"What did you think of Sophie's singing?" Biana asked her brother.

Fitz scratched his neck awkwardly. "I uh... it was...decent."

Sophie frowned.

Biana punched him a little harder in the exact same spot.

"Ow! Stop doing that!"

Biana ignored him. "Okay! Next round. One direction!"

"Ugh!" All the boys groaned.

"Oh shut up I've heard all of you listen to them," Biana said. "Except for Tam. I don't know what he listens to."

"I do," Linh raised her hand. "It's not pretty."

"Actually. I think that we should each just choose a one direction member song to sing since they're on a very long hiatus," Biana suggested.

Everyone just nodded.

Sophie was honestly kind of happy about it, this meant she could sing one of her favourite songs.

"I go first." Biana went to the computer and chose her song.

Keefe's singing was so bad, Sophie was sure he was going to be out this time.

"That's not actually Harry's song!" Biana told him when he was done. "It's a cover!"

"I don't care!" Keefe told her and walked back over to the group. "He still sang it."
