3rd P.O.V:

Light. There was a lot of light. She felt tears prick at the corners of her eyes as she just stared at the lights. There were so many. Where was she?

The lights weren't warm on her skin. Just bright. She wasn't outside. There was a pressure on my chest. It was heavy. She was heavy. Air felt sticky in her throat. She was aware of everything and nothing all at the same time. The corners of her vision blurred and her ears were filled with white noise.

Drugs.

A stab of panic ran through her chest and coiled around her heart. The sticky air getting caught in her throat. The white noise increasing in volume until it was a ringing shriek.

Being drugged wasn't good. It wasn't goodwasn'tgoodwasn'tgoodwasn'tgoodwasn'tgoodwasn'tgood-

She still couldn't hear.

That was less than ideal.

Some of the heaviness lifted. Her limbs felt less like rocks in water and more like a wet towel.

She twitched. It was wearing off.

Bruce P.O.V:

Bruce woke up on the floor, head ringing, body aching.

What happened??

Next to him, he felt something shift. Looking around, he noticed he was in the med bay of the Batcave. Alfred was laying out cold on the floor and Diana was starting to stir, not looking much better than he felt.

Why where they here?

Percy.

Bruce looked to the bed she had been laying on when they came in. IVs discarded, heart monitor flatlining. Shit.

Obviously Percy hadn't reacted well to being under anesthesia and he didn't really have time to wonder why.

Because right now she isn't all there and attacking the first person she sees. Or feels.

Percy had been dead asleep when they walked in.

Right?

It didn't matter now. Percy was awake and she was dangerous.

And they needed to find her fast.
