"Your father is on TV." Sabi ni Zian pagkakita kay Micaela pagpasok ng pintuan.
Natigilan si Micaela. Alam ni Zian na anak siya ni Senator Alano. Tumingin ito sa telebisyon at saka dumiretso sa kitchen para kumuha ng tubig at umupo sa dining table.
"How did you know he is my father?" tanong nito kay Zian.
"I told you I have my sources. It doesn't matter. Tumayo si Zian at lumapit sa dining table. Naiwang nakabukas ang TV.
"I have nothing to do with him." sabi ni Micaela.
"Nagkausap na ba kayo ni Marinel?" Zian changed the topic.
"Yup. Naibilin na niya sa akin ang mga dapat gawin."
"Good. Are we on track sa mga schedules. The last thing I fear is mag overlap ang schedules."
Natigil ang pag-uusap nila nang marinig nila ang tanong sa tatay ni Micaela.
Reporter: Senator, ano ang masasabi niyo tungkol sa kumakalat na balita regarding sa inyong anak?
Senator Alano: You know Carol, hindi yan kumakalat na balita and not a secret too. It's true. May anak ako. Babae. She is now in College.
Reporter: Was it true that you once cheated on Mrs. Bella Alano? Reason for having a daughter with some other woman?
Senator Alano: There are some things better kept in private. This is not the proper forum to talk about that.
Reporter: Hindi niyo raw sinusustentuhan ang anak niyo? Ano ang masasabi niyo tungkol dito?
Senator Alano: Next question please.
Kitang-kita ni Zian ang inis sa mukha ni Micaela habang pinanonood nito ang ama sa telebisyon.
Tumayo si Micaela at pumasok ng kuwarto.
