chapter 47.

"Come on Alessandra, you can't leave me hanging like this "Alex said as she held her twin's hands in her grasp.

"You cannot leave me alone with all these buffoons."Alex whispered."Who's going to push me in the right direction, or tell me I look like shit, or calm me down when I lose control of my emotions huh. You can't fucking leave me alone, you can't leave without me, ok. So I  need you to just wake up and come back to us, come back to me, and come back to Vadim."

"Vadim's been a fucking mess. He won't eat or sleep and he's barely talking, he needs you Alessa, I NEED you. So please just wake up "Alex begged her unconscious twin.

The doctor had informed them that even though she was in a coma, she would still be able to hear them. So they all took turns talking to her and trying to get her to wake up.

Vadim was wreck thinking he was going to lose the only love of his life. He was always playing girls and their emotions before Alessandra came along but for her, he changed.

He became a better man for her and grew to love her. She wasn't like the other girls who only wanted to have sex with him or talk his ear off about stupid shit. They had deep and meaningful conversations and she saw past his tough-guy facade. She was good for him and he didn't know what he would do if he lost her.

"Alex" Vadim croaked out as his voice sounded raspy from his lack of speaking over the weeks.
The only time he would talk was when he would visit Alessa and try and get her to wake up.

"Go get some rest, "He told Alex, seeing as she had been there for a few hours.
"Ok," Alex sniffed as she got up and walked to the room next door.

Vadim sat down in the chair that Alex recently had occupied and just broke down crying. He lightly stroked her hair and began to caress her cheeks as he silently shed tears for her.

"You -you can't leave me now, we are supposed to grow old together. I mean I know it's too soon to be thinking that stuff but I know for sure that I want you to be around for the rest of my life.

"You are the missing piece to my life. The light that outshines my darkness, without you I feel empty. I never thought I would fall in love and so quickly at that but when you walked into my life that day I knew I was fucked" he said slightly laughing.

"I love you so so much Alessandra"Vadim said softly as he kissed her forehead and got up to walk away.

"Mm -mmhm, You waited until I was on my deathbed to tell me you love me you asshole"Alessa croaked out before coughing. He immediately ran back to her and attacked her face with kisses all over.

"I love you so much, "He said before kissing her forehead ."I love you too you big goof" Alessa said smiling brightly.

"I know, "Vadim said.
"Ok asshole, go get my sister "Alessa demanded.

"ALEX, ALEX"Vadim yelled out.
"What -what's wrong" Alex yelled as she ran into the room.

Alex ran and stopped into her tracks as she saw her other half awake and responsive.
"You bitch "Alex said as she ran to Alessa's side and engulfed her into a hug."Don't you ever pull this shit again ok" She said refusing to let her sister go."I was so scared that I lost you "She said as she cried happy tears.

"I know "Alessa mumbled ."I heard you crying and cursing at me for the past few weeks" She said laughing.

Soon everyone came running into the room and hugging Alessa. Eventually, the adults scolded her for jumping in front of a bullet before finding a better way to save Alex, but it was all in good faith. The doctors later came in shooing everyone out of the room so they could do some checkups on her.

"Ok well everything looks good for now, "The Doctor said as he eyed Abigail up and down." Just call me if you need anything and I mean anything, "he said more to her than anyone.

"Get the fuck out before I put a bullet through your forehead "Antonio growled lowly at the Doctor who looked like he instantly shit his pants and ran out the room.

"We're just one sexy ass family that we can't go anywhere without threatening someone, "Gianni said making everyone laugh.

"On to more important things," Alessio said from his spot."We need to figure out what mom's plan is "

"She needs to be taught a fucking lesson," Alessa mumbled."I mean we've been waiting to kill that stupid bitch for years and now we finally have the chance. I just want to rip her fucking eyeballs out and burn her from the inside out."Alessa said making everyone look at her with wide eyes besides her twin.

Alex and Alessa had discussed many ways to kill their mother before the unfortunate events of her fake death.

"Ohhh don't look at me like that. You would to if your crack whore of mother left you for fucking dead at the hands of a rapist"She snapped.

"I see no lies being told here," Gianni mumbled and Gio nodded in agreement.

"Aww, she tried to break up the Deadly Four. I will never understand why we are always the ones getting shot at," Giovanni mumbled. "Anyway back to my point, I hate that bitch so I'm fine with whatever torture they see fit."He stated.

"I agree," Alessio said and so did everyone else.

"Ok, when Alessa is good and healthy we will devise a plan to see what Aurora and Marco are up to and plan out attacks," Antonio said.

"Alright I'll tell Sebastian to get the infirmary ready for Alessa and get her checked out then," Alessandro said as he and Anthonie walked out and to the front desk.

"Let's get you home and ready to kick ass sister," Alex said as she stood up.
"Oh please I'm always ready to kick ass, "Alessa said with a deadly grin.

Do you guys like the name the Deadly Four for Alex,Alessa,Gio,and Gianni's group name ?
I was also thinking about Double AG but I think the Deadly four suits them better.

I wasn't going to leave you guys hanging for long regarding Alessa being in her coma
