I thought you knew me. I thought you saw me. I thought you understood who I really am. And yet here we are. I thought we were like Catherine and Heathcliff, like the stupid characters in your favorite book. I thought that just like them, our souls were the same. But now, we are apart. And I don't know if you'll forgive me. And I don't know if I can forgive you. And I don't know if our souls are the same anymore.
Because can't you see?
I want to be on your side, I do. I want to be with you. I want to fight alongside you. I want to protect you.
But I can't do that.
I'm sorry. I'm sorry I'm such a coward.
