it was early in the morning, the sun beaming down, as the group completed their daily tasks. that is apart from glenn and marcella who were cautiously watching the barn threw binoculars."see anything... suspicious?"marcella muttered up to glenn, who was currently looking threw the binoculars, marcella's hand on his shoulder as he did so.
the two hadn't talked about what happened at the barn- well they hadn't talked about the kiss that they shared, only what came after it.
"no, nothing out of the ordinary." glenn told her, his focus on the barn in question.
an angry maggie then approached the pair, a basket in hand. "could you be more obvious?" she stated, then passing marcella the basket. "here, enjoy."
"are you trying to buy our silence with fruit?" marcella questioned, pulling out an orange to show glenn.
"or course not, there's also jerky." maggie blew marcella off.
"will you please tell me why your dad has a secret barn of walkers. it's creepy." glenn questions.
"just trust me on this, okay?" maggie pleaded the two.
"look, glenn sucks at lying." marcella tells the greene girl.
"yeah, i can't even play poker, it's too much like lying." glenn agrees.
"you have to keep this between us, you have to. please." maggie's words caused marcella to sigh in frustration; maggie was her bestfriend and she understood why she wanted to keep this a secret, yet she couldn't lie to her group.
maggie then walked off.
"dale, here's some peaches." marcella offered the older man.
"agh thankyou."
glenn and marcella then walked together, t-dog greeting them.
"sup." t was clearly tired.
"nothing, nothings up. why?" glenn made it obvious that something was wrong, causing marcella to nudge him slightly.
"we're fine, t." marcella smiled, glenn walking off.
marcella, dale and t-dog now stood together, the two males looking at the female in suspicion, amused expressions on their faces.
"what?" she questioned them.
"what did you two get up to last night?" t-dog laughed, hitting the girl's shoulder slightly.
"what! nothing!" marcella laughed, her face going red as she thought back to the kiss that she had previously shared with glenn.
"yeah okay." t wasn't falling for it.
"just make sure you use protection." dale's fatherly instincts kicked in, just as they did with andrea.
"yeah whatever." marcella then began to walk off as she laughed.
