"your good at hiding it." maggie told marcella with the best smile that she could.

"it's because i'm not scared for myself, maggie. i'm scared for him." marcella admitted.

"glenn?" marcella nodded briefly. "have you two talked about the kiss?"

"no. it's not that i don't want to talk about it, just that things keep getting in the way." marcella laughed a little to herself.

"what's funny?" maggie questioned, an amused smile present on her beautiful face.

"i finally find someone that i love and it had to be at the end of the fucking world." marcella was properly laughing now, maggie laughing along with her.

the truth is that the two didn't have a reason to be laughing like they were, it just felt good to laugh about all of the shit that the world and themselves, has been put threw.

"wait." maggie calmed her laughter, marcella doing the same once her bestfriend spoke up again.

"what?"

"you love glenn?" maggie questioned, a smirk dancing on her lips.

marcella thought for a moment, coming to the conclusion that she does love glenn. "yeah, i don't want too; it makes everything more complicated, but yes i do love him."

it was true, marcella loved glenn more than she thought was possible, especially in such a short time. but the two had been through so much together already and still they seemed to brighten up eachother's worlds.

"i'm sorry maggie, for all the shit with the phar-" maggie cut marcella off.

"don't. let's just move on." she told her, refusing to make eyecontact with the person that she valued so much already.

marcella was helping carol wash some pots in a bucket of water, making small talk and laughing together, when glenn approached.

"hey, can i talk to you marcella? alone." he questioned nervously.

"sure." marcella smiled up at him. carol gave the girl a small nudge, teasing her for her 'more than friendship' with glenn.

glenn and marcella walked in silence for a few minutes, until marcella spoke up.
