Epiphany ~ Chapter 37, Part 2.

The two drivers drove at a speed faster than what they'd usually do, although they had already wasted enough time and had to make up for it by reaching the safehouse as soon as possible.

Adora had given her directions on where to go and when they finally arrived Yuna heard a loud honk from behind them,

She rolled down her window, and peered behind her car to see Naomi's head poking out the window, "Park up and we can drop Nico off, sorry we don't have time for introductions with the rest of the girls."

Yuna shouted an okay before parking the car,

"I'm going to wait here," Adora announced before whipping out her phone, "Knowing Kureto, Y/N will be lucky to get out of there unscathed, I should probably arrange for paramedics to be close by or something."

"Don't they have hospitals nearby?" Yuna asked,

"Ran by the Hiragis." Adora answered, and Yuna gasped, understanding the situation,

"I'll be back in a bit." She picked up Nico, "Let's go hun, you're going to stay here for a bit, is that okay?" She asked,

"Okay, mama but will you be gone for long?" He asked,

"Not for too long," she walked over to the front door where Naomi was already standing and unlocking it, "I promise I'll be back."

"If you say so." He accepted, in a rather nonchalant manor,

Naomi beckoned the two in before yelling, "Guys Nico is back!"

"Really, wasn't Y/N going to meet them?" Takana appeared from the top of the staircase,

"We need to look for her, she's gone missing-"

Ira emerged from the kitchen, "Hi, Nico." She turned to Yuna I'm assuming you're his mum, hi!" She waved she seemed quite down which was unusual for her, although Naomi ignored it for the time being, she would ask her later if she remembered,

Yuna nodded, "Hi I'm Yuna." She introduced herself,

"We're literally about to leave, Takana what's Kai's number?" Naomi asked in a hurried tone,

"Don't you have it?" She shook her head, "Anyway, I'll send it to you by text."

"Thank you, can you guys look after Nico while we're gone." Naomi pretty much told them to rather than asked considering how they were leaving him there regardless,

"Sure, Nico are you hungry?" Takana rushed downstairs, "Good luck you guys." She shot a smile at the others before she took Nico's hand and guided him to the kitchen,

"Let's go." Naomi nodded at Yuna,

"Wait, Naomi. Can I come with you?" Ira tugged on Naomi's sleeve,

"I know you don't want to babysit but I don't think that's a very good idea, Ira."

"It's not that...I have something I need to tell you." She looked nervous,

Naomi sighed, "Okay, fine but tell us in the car, we need to move now."

They all made their way to the car and Naomi and Ira got in at the back while Yuna situated herself in the drivers seat,

When Ira got in the car, Adora almost did a double take when she saw her,

"Now wait a minute, did you guys tell her I was here?" she looked at the two and they shook their heads no, "Ira I told you-"

Ira groaned, "It's not that."

"What is it then?"
