-Narrator's POV-
"The young occupants of the secluded house stood in a circle deep in discussion-"

"Naomi, thank you for the compliment." Ira applauded at the description of 'young occupants',

"Is that the only thing you noticed?" Takana raised an eyebrow,

"Why are you narrating what we're doing?" Guren turned his head to face Naomi who sat on the sofa, her legs swung over the arm as she tapped away on her phone,

"Guren Ichinose questioned the humble narrator her motives behind documenting the activities of the group." She continued ignoring his question,

"Humble my ass-" before Guren could question her again Kai turned his head to Naomi, "Finish the story!" He yelled,

Naomi gave him a pointed glare, "You've put me off." The rest of the girls gave him a look, which questioned how she was supposed to finish the story when she was narrating their immediate actions,

Guren on the other hand snuck Kai a high-five just below their waists for making her stop.

"What are you even talking about anyway?" Naomi put her phone down and sat up,

"We need to come up with what to do for Christmas tomorrow. We don't know what we're cooking let alone who's cooking, and even then we can't just eat for the whole day." Lilith queried,

"Ugh, you guys are making a big deal out of nothing. Just go with the flow, you get me?" Ira grinned,

"You can get a grip and help us decide what we need to do." Guren mumbled annoyed,

"Aha! You're distressed about this too? Never expected that from you of all people."

"Guren has his motives." Y/N shook her head,

Indeed, Guren desperately hoped that the others would make Christmas as packed as possible so he'd be left alone, Y/N and Kai both knew this, what they didn't know was he had intentions of sneaking off with Y/N,

"You would know." Takana teased,

Y/N looked at her in genuine confusion, "Know what? Isn't it common knowledge that Guren gets easily annoyed by us."

"Excluding you." Takana returned,

"If anything he would love your company." Naomi cooed sarcastically,

"Can you all not speak about me as if I'm not here."

"Anyway. I can cook!" Miya volunteered,

"Great! Thanks Miya!" Lilith beamed,

"There's 8 of us though, anyone want to help?" Y/N brought up the valid point,

"Huh, why don't you help if you think two people are required," Ira rolled her eyes,

"Can you even cook?" Y/N short back in annoyance,

"Hey guys!" Everyone turned to see Sayuri and Shigure dressed in cute winter coats standing by the living room entrance,

"Hey." Shigure mumbled with a small smile on her face,

"Oh, it's Shigure and Sayuri!" Naomi cheered flatly, she put her hand out for Shigure who clasped them together in a greeting,

Shigure and Naomi got along really well, they both disliked talking a lot and didn't like being bothered. They were the only two who could enjoy each other's company without having to talk and that somehow made them really close.
