-Narrator-
You woke up and Guren was no longer next to you, so you assumed that he had already left as he said he would; his stuff was gone and so you got up and went downstairs to find the others. You were in a much better mood today, definitely less sensitive so you felt like you could hear Lilith out, without pointing a gun to anyone this time.

Although, it didn't seem like you had a choice on whether you drew your gun or not, as you reached downstairs and entered the kitchen you found Lilith lying limp on the floor. She had been mercilessly impaled in the chest, evident by the large open wound and the pool of blood slowly spewing out of her. You could tell she had been there for quite a long time and she was now as good as dead; you felt the urge to check on everyone else, so you turned to go to the living room, although you were surprised by the sudden feeling of someone clinging onto your arm.

"Y/N- don't go there." You turned around and your eyes almost bulged out of your head when you found Kai, where he came from was beyond you, but his arm had been gruesomely amputated and his only good arm was now grasping onto yours for dear life, "It's too dangerous."

"Kai? What the fuck happened? Did someone break in?" He was clearly loosing consciousness from the blood loss as his eye lids grew heavy, and you helped him to the floor when his legs buckled beneath him,

"No, he's in there. Don't go..." his last words a grave warning as you felt your bottom lip quiver; you took a deep breath, summoning your gun and headed for the living room, completely ignoring Kai's warning, however when you did enter you began to wonder if the warning was to protect your feelings or your physical safety.

You walked in and found Guren a hand running through his head as he took a deep breath, "Guren? Aren't you supposed to be away?" You asked,

"I came back, it looks like you're okay." He acknowledged you, however there was something off about this whole situation, Guren was too calm. His sword was in his hand so it was easy to assume that he was here to stop whatever it was that was on a slaughtering spree; however the blood that was dripping off of it was too prominent to ignore, let alone Kai's arm was lying not far from him in the corner of the room.

You decided to test your suspicions, letting yourself succumb to the overwhelming sadness of the loss of Lilith and Kai. Your body shook as you sobbed, "Guren, I'm scared." You sniffed,

He walked towards you, a sad look on his face and you had to stop yourself from flinching at the thought of him potentially being the perpetrator when you felt his hand on your cheek,

"I'm here, my love. You know I'll always protect you." His thumb wiped away your tears,

"Who's doing all this?" You bit you're lip, looking up at him, just as his eyes grew slightly darker,

"A demon, sweetheart. A demon is doing all this."

"Really?" You cocked your head to the side before you reached out to put your hand over his.

He nodded, "They won't hurt you, I'll make sure of it." He reassured,

You slid your hand up his arm, pulling his sleeve with it, leaving his arm exposed and as expected you found the patterns,

"But you're the demon, Guren." You whispered, your voice shaking as a formidable possibility, proved itself to be a reality. You pushed his hand away from your face, and backed away from him,
