-Y/N's POV-
Adora had given us some time with the baby before he had to go for his phototherapy while being monitored in the nursery by the nurses.

As I looked at the small defenceless child, the feeling dawned on me that I'd never really had someone rely on me before, in fact I myself knew that I was going into this parenting thing blind, but that never put me off nor did the thought scare me; after all I'd gone into everything blind since I left the care of my parents, sure I was okay academically and could defend myself but those were the only things I really was ever taught, I was expected to rely on others until I ran away and had to rely on myself.

Compared to back then the circumstances are a lot better now, I'm not exactly being thrown out into the deep end and I have a much larger support network now, someone especially I could look to for help- I didn't know when or if I'll be able to get into a position to fully support myself once again but for now I was certain I could rely on Guren.

In the meantime there was someone who was clearly out to get me, and I was surprised to hear what had came out of Shinya's conversation with his brother,

"He says he didn't do it." Shinya shrugged, grabbing a chair and slumping down on it,

"Really?" My eyes widened in surprise,

He nodded,

"We're going to take his word for it?" I asked,

"If he did do it, he wouldn't hesitate to take responsibility for it," Guren interjected before scoffing and folding his arms, "How nice of him," he muttered sarcastically,

"I believe he didn't do it, he didn't sound that interested and it was as if Shinya was bothering him." Adora remembered the conversation between the two,

"Did I send anyone to attack those two?" Kureto echoed the question,

"Yes, it's a woman called Sabrina with blonde hair and kind of gold eyes,"

"I've never met someone with such features, why? Do you suspect me, Shinya?"

"Honestly, I do. Considering what I heard you did to the two. That's a really cruel thing to do to a pregnant lady, y'know..."

"Well they lived didn't they?" He replied making Adora scoff,

"And what if I said they didn't?"

"Well I'm not marrying her anymore, nor is the baby mine so what is it to me if they live or die?"

It was silent for a while before Shinya finally asked what had been on his mind for a while,

"Do you still want to marry her, brother Kureto?"

He chuckled, "Well if you are asking that question, I'm sure you know the answer." He answered, "Well- are you done wasting my time or do you need me to identify anymore people for you?"

Shinya sighed, "No, that's all."

"Good, don't call me again." He hung up,

"So she's not affiliated with the JIDA the most we can do about her is report her to the police." Guren suggested,

"Is she holding a grudge against you or something?" Adora asked,

"It's possible, she didn't like me the first day I met her." I pondered before I remembered something, "Actually she does resemble someone."

"Who?" Shinya asked,

"The demon that possessed me by taking Mahiru's form," I sighed, "The only significant difference is her eyes appear a lot more gold than Sabrina's."
