A day or two had passed since you're arrival in Liyue, Meeting Morax after almost an age of sleep then getting jumped by a harbinger was one hell of a way to spend the first morning in the city.

The afternoon was almost just as chaotic, Once more Albedo and you had to navigate through Liyue's city of people just to get to the right shop for clothing and souvenirs. But once you got to that store in particular, you got a red clover pin for Klee to put on her hat.

And what you got for yourself was a Liyue styled dress with a alit in the side to reveal shorts that you would most likely wear underneath that. It was a pretty wine red color with golden stitching at the collarbone, it faded into a dark red at the bottom.

"I hope Klee likes what i picked out for her" Albedo hummed, hands in his pockets with a expression void of any emotions. "I doubt she won't like it, She's very grateful to receive gifts from those around her" He didn't buy much for himself other then art supplies or ingredients for experiments.

"I knew that, but its something so small.." You held the pin in hand, staring at it with a anxious expression. "She enjoys small things, she has small bombs or plushies after all. Besides she likes red, and her constellation is shaped like a clover or that's what that astrologist told me"

"What's an astrologist?" he side glanced at you as you put the pin in you're pocket, "They cipher the stars, name constellations and can take a jab at fate. I was told Klee is lucky to have such a constellation"

He sighed when he caught glance of you're puzzled expression, "i remember going stargazing in Mondstadt, Barbatos or better known as Venti would join me with an assortment of drinks from locals"

"You don't seem like the kind of person who would drink" you looked up at the sky, trying to make out any stars but frowning when none came into view due to the pollution of light. "I think i did, maybe not often to the point i was called a drunkard but i think i did it to keep myself entertained, to keep the other me away"

He nodded, the odd other persona coming into the conversation as a topic, "Speaking of, Usually people with a spilt personality suffered trauma at a young age or were not socially excepted. I fear that may have happened to you"

"I most defiantly did, my mother wasn't friendly to me when i was young in fact after my fathers death she only got hostile. The other side of me helped me feel better after but eventually fended my mom of herself"

He was silent, pondering whether he should comfort you now or wait until you were both behind closed doors out the view of people. "But i can't remember it clearly so i don't feel anything towards the events that occurred in the past"

He closed his eyes for a moment, reflecting on your past behaviors "I suppose so, but if you come to remember it and need comfort..i will..i will do my best to make you feel better until nightmares pass"

his gaze focused solely on you, everything blurring into the background leaving nothing but a girl staring at the man before her with a frozen expression. "thanks.." for once in thousands of years the girls face was coated in light pink, her head turning away from the blond alchemist to avoid a piercing gaze.

"Did i say something wrong?" he asked, her head facing him again in a hurry "No! you just never say anything so whole-heartedly unless it's about alchemy.." she fiddled with her fingers, embarrassment creeping in.

"I say nothing but the truth.." He said softly, making her smile.

The lantern light rested softly on the duo, brightening their bashful expressions as the lantern light faded and allowed the silver moonlight to seep in.

"We went the wrong way!" she sighed, leaning against the rail of the bridge that crossed over a small river with a waterfall crashing not far behind her. She faced the harbor, the open ocean glittered with starlight.

"It seems so, but the scenery is a sight to behold out here.." He leaned beside her, closing his eyes to enjoy the quiet sounds of night time with the waterfall crashing behind them. "I wonder how we'll get back though, I'm tired and don't want to wander all night.."

he leaned his head against her own, turning slightly playful and wanted to poke fun at the shorter female. "Hm, i know Liyue well enough to know how to get back to the Inn, shall we enjoy some time relishing in the beautiful environment we're in?"

His voice held a hidden emotion that was difficult to place but it was sickeningly familiar, she was familiar with this feeling but something in her felt afraid of the feeling that dwelled in her heart. Was it that past lover that once visited her that drained all the romantic love she had for others?

"yeah.." her weary body had no choice but to give into the warmth, leaning against his body and closing her eyes for a brief moment..

"for such a cold creature, you are indeed very cuddly..like a little puppy"

"I enjoy the simplicity of gazing at the crystals that hang from the cavern above, Doing so with a friend amuses me"

"Just telling me you enjoy me company with suffice, Durin"

"Hmph"

She shifted her weight away from Albedo, clutching her crown with a pained face; Instantly he understood the situation and carefully and slowly put a hand on her back. "What happened? you remember something?"

she scowled, "e-every time..you always trigger something.." his brows furrowed, puzzled with what had left her mouth. "do as i do" he took a deep breath and let it out slowly, she copied this and swallowed hard.

"I'm sorry..but i'm really tired and.."

"We'll leave now, come"
