Kagero has pale skin, short black hair and green eyes. He usually wears a school uniform, and the only ones in Class E ever wear fingerless gloves all the time.
As an assassin, he usually seen wearing soldier style outfit along with a gas mask and a motorcycle goggles.
His father is an Australian while his mother is Japanese, so he's a Japanese-Australian. Though not being notice much, Kagero is actually the third shortest boy in the class after Itona and Nagisa.
Personality:
Since a little kid, Kagero is very rude, straightforward and show no respect toward almost no one except for his parents or relatives. He speaks clearly about anyone, even though what he said will make them angry at him. When he and his parents get caught in a civil war, his parents were killed. Kagero become more rude and now no respect to no one else. When he was saved by Kujo Kazuya, a Japanese agent who was sent there along with some soldiers, Kagero begged Kazuya to train him to be an assassin. Though Kazuya see Kagero is rude, reckless, liar and more bad attitude, Takuya still train him to be a fine sniper.
As he grows up, Kagero is an anti-social person and never respect adults. He never show any sign of wanted to make any friends. Kagero likes to lie when it comes to tricking those who annoy him, even adults. He was suspended from school during his elementary and middle school time so many times due he beat up some guys who annoy him or trying to bully him. Because of his social problems, he ended up studying from home. Chisato teach him about academic, but he didn't take it seriously. He really hate studies, but very good in physical or sports stuff.
