Elphaba moved her head so the bright light of the sun was no longer shining in Glinda's eyes, but the blonde was already unconscious.
"Glinda!" She tried yelling but her voice was only a whisper. "Glinda, please! I'm sorry! I'm so so sorry!"
Boq rushed over. His tin was bent in many places and he looked like he badly needed oiled.
"She saved your life," he mumbled in awe.
"Now i'll save hers!" Elphaba muttered determindly.
She ripped a piece of cloth off of her sleeve and pressed it into the blonde's side. Even in her sleep the blonde seemed to wince.
Elsa came over and handed her some ice, which was wrapped in more cloth.
The gathered Ozians watched in awe as the witch helped Glinda.
Soldiers came over and pulled Madame Morrible into a temporary jail cell.
Elphaba sat back on her heels. She had done all she could.
Now they wait.
