The Princess of Ice Kingdom

Chapter 36

Butler Fin has searched through the secret training grounds but did not find the Princess, with no other option he informed the commander of Knight's as well as gathered servants to search for The Princess.

In midst of this chaos inside the castle, the others haven't realized that the whole of Siberia has been covered in fog, slowly the fog is getting denser.

Some Knight's who come outside to continue searching for Princess finally notice the weird weather, even though Siberia always have the weird phenomena of being covered in snow all year round, it still does not have ever covered in such a thick layer of fog.

The Fog is too dense that one cannot see anything clearly after an arm's length.

But the task at hand cannot be stopped just because of weather, as the person missing is the said kingdom's only hope right now.

The one leading the knights has them scattered to thoroughly search for the princess.

After searching for half an hour the Commander of Knights were near the bottom of the Areltia Mountain (the mountains behind the castle)

The fog has made their task more difficult, Commander was hesitating to take the group of knights to search in the snowy mountain, when he saw a blur giant figure slowly coming from across the mountain.

The Commander suddenly tensed as the figure clearly look like that of a Giant animal slowly making its way towards his group, he quickly put his hand over the hilt of the sword on his waist.

Didn't want to alert the animal thus to reduce any chance of danger. The animal inches closer, they soon found a very strange phenomenon. All around the animal's body the fog mysteriously disappeared.

Everyone along with the commander has already unsheathed their weapons, backing away question cautiously, but the animal moves forward leisurely.

In no time it has already come out of the dense fog, everyone realizes the animal in front of them is a large wolf with the body covered in fur as White as snow.

Even so, the wolf is very unusual for them not just because of its large body but also because the Crown of its head has a crystal, Wolf's while body is emitting a chilling aura.

Its body glowing in a purplish-blue hue, strange but beautiful patterns in the same color were all over its snow-white fur.

The wolf they were so cautious about suddenly stopped in front of them, it's then that they notice that the wolf is carrying something or someone on its back.

Whatever it is, is most likely unconscious or cautious enough to not move even an inch, the wolf stared at them after a while it lightly turn its head then slightly lunge at the unconscious body on its back.

The confused Commander's mind suddenly clicked, he frowned while saying out what was on his mind "does it wants us to help that person?"

Everyone's focus got shifted over the unconscious person one Knight exclaimed "w-wait isn't that princess!?" All turned to him "what!?" Then turned back to look at the person still on the back of The Wolf.

Because of the wolf's fur, they all couldn't tell the difference between the princess's silver hair from it, and the princess is wearing a full cloak that has covered her face unable to be seen.

They all throw the caution out of their mind and Commander rushed to take the princess off the wolf, the wolf also doesn't resist.

Commander has some basic medical knowledge first and foremost check for the princess's pulse, only after making sure the princess is safe and not in any life and death condition did he sighed in relief.

When all were focused on the princess, they completely forgot Wolf's existence, circling around the princess, dared not to check her throughout for injuries as all the one present there were male knights, they decide to take their princess to castle and have Royal physician do their work. when they come to be, they realize that the Wolf disappeared.

The commander gives them the order to search the area for a bit as he doesn't know if the beast of a wolf is actually threatening to the kingdom or not, while they take the princess back to the castle.

"Where am I? what place is this?" A glowing figure of sheer white light said while looking around its surroundings which is just a blanket of darkness.

The blue light in the shape of the eyes is like blue flames on the white glowing figure. It took some steps forward still searching for any signs of anything other than the blankness.

While blindly following its instinct it suddenly trips over something, falling face front on the ground it saw its own glowing hand reaching out to prevent itself from touching the ground.

It sat on the black ground lost in the trace at the uniqueness of itself, it raises its hand looking at the glowing five fingers of pure light. It wondered "who am I? .......what am I?" 

The questions were unanswered again and again, but Its self-doubt makes it think harder 'why does it not remember who it is?' when it thought of that, all of a sudden it's thought echoed all over its surrounding.

Alarmed it stood up, that's when it heard a faint sound of laughter, it was so faint that one wouldn't be able to hear it if they don't focus on it.

It follows the direction of the sound, it does not know how much it walked but it finally reached where the sound comes from.

The sound of laughter is now mixed with many other voices, and the voices are coming from the numerous glowing globes all around.

The globes are scattered on the ground, but some of them are floating in the pitch-black sky, the glowing figure blue flame eyes slightly become darker, it reaches towards a globe it has determined to be the one where the faint laughter comes from before.

It saw something which answered every single one of its questions...
