The Princess of Ice Kingdom

Chapter 3

King Albert has thought about it before but now that he had seen his daughter.

every name he thought seems not to be suited to her, like the names he thought were no match for her beauty.

While he is drawn in his own world of thought something catches his attention.......

it was the flowers at the side of the windows which were half bloomed a while ago, but now it has fully bloomed right in front of his eyes.

He has a strong feeling that the flowers are symbolizing something..... Those flowers are known as Algerian iris[1].

he turns to look towards his daughter who is staring towards him with her brightly shone blue eye, his expression turns even gentler, a very wide smile formed across his face.

He said while looking into her eyes "from now onwards, my dearest princess will be known as Princess Iris De Albon."

"Iris.... What a beautiful name my love. I pray to God may our daughter be as great as her father" said Elisa with her eyes closed and a beautiful smile on her face.

"No, my queen I believe she will be even more great ruler of this land than me," Albert said as he looks at his wife with confidence and determination in his eyes.

Time passed slowly.....

Many things changed in the castle as well as in the kingdom of Siberia.

The things which didn't change were the weather in the kingdom as the snow didn't melt at all even after the season changed and even when the sun was at its hottest temperature.

But the temperature in the kingdom stayed normal even after having snow all around. Rather than being affected by the snow, the people of Siberia were more than happy for their princess.

Another thing that didn't change is the temperature of the princess's body as it always remained cold.

But when the Royal physicians examine her, everything was fine with her health even after having a cold temperature of the body.

So, after the physicians assure the king that it'll not be a problem, even after the princess's body has a cold temperature, it is not affecting her health in any way.

the king feels slightly relaxed, listening to the physicians.

The castle becomes more cheerful as the sound of laughter of a little baby girl can be heard in the castle.

But today the castle is even livelier than any other normal day, the whole Palace is in hustle and bustle as everyone was way too much busy, after all, today is a very special day for all people of Siberia....

As their princess has turned one year old on that day, Yes it's the princess's first birthday.
