Even though Carlos know about Iris having Ice attribute as power's, he hasn't saw her using them personally.
Sometimes, he thought that maybe she's just messing with him but he also know that Iris never lies and now even his uncle Albert have told the same to him.
He was really curious to see her using them, and his curiosity is going to be fulfilled.
after training with General Kuan, the general left them alone. He thought to himself that today's training has comes to an end.
Well in truth, General Kuan is really strict even though he has already experienced in the weaponry because of his training as a crown prince, he still make some mistakes and the cold personality general did not hesitate to scolding him for that.
he was quite embarrassed by this but he also think that General is right, he have to become more stronger to be able to protect his Kingdom.
While he is utterly surprised to see Iris's skills, she also made some minor mistakes like putting her other hand bit low then the other on her sword but nonetheless she is really good at it.
He has always saw her cute and adorable side who treat him like a big brother. Maybe that's why this serious and concentrated side feels really foreign to him.
she orders the maid to give her and Carlos juices and some refreshments. Iris don't like drinking tea after her long training, even tho it's her break time. while resting, they chat like they usually do and Iris again becomes a cute little girl in front of him, like the way he knows her.
the break comes to end shortly as Albert comes to fetch them to another training session with him.
He took them to the secret training basement connected to the palace garden at the very end, Albert made that place for Iris, so she could practice how to use and control her powers in secret.
once they reach, Carlos could see a spacious hidden training ground with every equipment required to train present at the side.
Iris stand in front of her father in her proper posture, back straight, feet together, both hands at the side, while face up looking forward. That is same for Carlos too.
Albert look at the two who were behaving like Knights on training ground, he's happy to see them serious. Well Iris always been a serious one while training.
Albert said in a strict teacher's like tone "Iris, you're going to practice your archery skills while using your attribute, like we have done before" Iris nodded.
Albert continues "Carlos, I'm going to teach you how to concentrate your mana[1]" Carlos also nodded.
Carlos tell Albert that he also want to see Iris training, he'll start after seeing once, Albert thought for a while then agreed to the end.
Iris take the bow which is even more than half her size and positioned herself in front of the target circle about 15m ahead. she take the bow forward vertically with her left hand and pulled the bow string with other.
The string got pulled till the hand was near her side of face with just the right distance. But there is still a problem...
There is NO ARROW in the BOW. Seeing this Carlos raise his one eyebrow in confusion, Iris noticed it and smirk slowly formed on her lips.
Suddenly an ice arrow start forming from her palm which is pulling the string, Carlos eyes went wide in shock. The Arrow start forming from the bottom to the beautiful tip. It was really a beautiful sight to behold.
Iris focused on the target and release the arrow... which directly hits the Bullseye, from the center of the target to the full circle it instantly start covering into ice.
Still smirking Iris turns towards the latter and ask smugly "so.....how was that?".
Still dumbfounded Carlos said "...............unbelievable".
