After getting back to Siberia, Albert made a Decree that he's going to announce something related to the princess, everyone should be present that day.

The day of the announcement everyone of Siberia was already waiting outside the palace, Albert was going to announce the decree.
In no time, the guard declared "the king of Siberia has arrived".
The citizens of Siberia greet their king "His Majesty, The king. Glory and blessings fall upon the Kingdom of Siberia"
Albert nodded to the crowd and said "I know all of you are here for your princess, about the well being for the princess, so I would talk straight to it. Princess Iris has been blessing by the great goddess of winter, and so our Kingdom Siberia. The high priest of central Kingdom have identified the powers of princess and prophet that was come to sight when the princess was born.
The prophet says that the princess powers are blessings given by the goddess. And I as a King and a father wants the support of my people's of Siberia for the Princess to raise the name of Kingdom Siberia"
As responce everyone in the crowd said in unison except for one group...
"Long live the king, long live the princess" the crowd chant this line several times before Albert deside to go inside again.
Albert thought 'I think this will help me in stopping them for the time being. I have to start the training of Iris.' "Haa" Albert signed.
Albert was right about the intruders of Siberia, as they won't be to make any moves for quite some time.
Albert gets to Iris room. He saw Iris in Elisa's arms sleeping soundly. He walks towards them, stopped in front of them. Elisa looked towards her husband and saw him staring towards their daughter while smiling softly.
After a few minutes his smile changed into the expression of worry and Elisa took notice of it. That sudden change in Albert's expression really confused her.
But before she could say anything Albert took out something from his pocket. He comes closer to the mother daughter pair, bend towards Iris and put a pendent around her neck. That pendent was bit big for Iris.
The pendent contains a sky blue or light blue colour diamond with silver chain and silver back side, where a magic circle is engraved with some complicated spells written on it, in a very unfamiliar ancient language.
When Albert goes to meet the high priest afterwards, the priest gives him the pendent for Iris so that her ice powers won't get out of control as she's still a child who don't know how to use them.
The diamond of pendent was called winter stone. This was a stone Freza the goddess have send with the prophet.
