Blakely
All through the day, the crowd couldn't stop following me everywhere I go and to be honest it was really annoying because I couldn't just have some privacy and some time alone but thankfully, I was glad that Melody was always by my side, helping me out in hiding from the obsessed fans of my dad.
" So class don't forget to read your books for the upcoming test" our music teacher,Miss Joy reminded us of the test we'd be having next class.
Then the last bell rang and I could hear the sight of relief coming from most of my classmates.
" Finally" Melody whispered which made me chuckle. I couldn't blame them. High school was really annoying and stressful and with all that, I still love it.
I watched as everyone took up their bags and left the class graciously. Until the last person left, I took up my bag, hung it around my shoulder, stood up from my seat in which Melody did the same.
We were about to leave the class when Miss Joy called us back. Melody and I shared a quick glance then walked back to our teacher.
" Yes ma'am" I responded as I stood in front of her.
" I'm sorry but can I have a word with you?" She asked.
" Is it something confidential?" I asked.
" Not really, but it's something out of you doing me a favor" she smiled.
" Okay... What's it?" I asked.
" I wanted you to help me out in getting an autograph from - well you know-- your dad" she finally said.
I felt my head blow and at that moment I felt like screaming out loud but to my surprise, I composed my dramatic self.
" An autograph?" I asked.
" Yea, I'm a really huge fan of your dad and it's kind of sad that I haven't had any luck in meeting him because it's always crowded anywhere he is and ever since I found out that you're the daughter of Harry styles I decided to ask you for your assistance, I'm not asking that I want to meet him but just for his autograph ... But if you don't want to do it ... It's fine... I can always try my best to meet him" she told me.
Her brief speech made a soft spot in my heart. If I was in her shoes, I'd also be sad that I'm not able to meet my idol no matter how much I try. I was kind of surprised that she didn't sound so desperate like the others. I guess she just earned a good reward for that.
" No, Miss Joy, I'd love to help you out in getting an autograph from my dad" I told her and with that, her face lit up with happiness.
" Really?" She asked and all I could do was just nod slowly with a smile.
" Omg, thank you so much Blake" she hugged me.
" You're welcome, Miss Joy" I hugged her back and with that she let Melody and I go.
" I'm really shocked that she didn't sound so desperate" Melody said as we left the class.
" Yeah, I guess she's really a humble soul" I smiled.
" To be honest, her speech really made me feel pity for her... I mean it's really painful not meeting the person you've always admired" Melody sighed.
" Yeah, that's true and I'm willing to help her out with the autograph"
I checked my phone and saw that I had a text from Mr Jones saying that he was outside at the parking lot.
" Ah geez, it's time to go Mel" I told Melody.
" Okie dokie" she said then we both left to go meet Mr Jones outside the parking lot.
