Emily's POV:

I drop my phone into the seat. I place my hand on the wheel heading towards the nearest hospital, Garcia hadn't told me which one. Within a matter of 20 minutes I arrive. I hurry to grab my phone as I run inside.

"Excuse me! Do you have a Jennifer Jareau checked in?" I come up to the front desk.

"Ma'am, we're not allowed to give out patients names. If your on someone's list we can sign you in but otherwise I cannot give out this information," she gives me a sorry look.

I feel bad about doing it, but I need to find them.

"Look, I'm sorry but I don't have time for this," I pull out my FBI badge, "I need to know if Jennifer Joy Jareau is in this hospital and where. She is a fellow FBI agent," I say quickly.

Her expression changes quickly.

"Umm, we had a Jennifer Jareau check in about 40 minutes ago. She is here with a Dr. Spencer Reid. It says here she went into premature labor. She will be in the labor ward, 4th floor," she explains.

"Great, thank you so much!" I rush towards the elevator.

I wait for 2 minutes before it comes. I jump on, clicking the fourth floor. I arrive on the floor searching for Garcia, I spot her along with Morgan.

"Garcia! What happened?" I come up to her franticly.

"JJ went into labor. She's only 7 months Emily! What if something happens to her? Or the baby! They already lost one, it would kill both of them if they lost another child," I watch as tears run down her cheeks.

"It's gonna be ok Baby Girl," Morgan assures her.

"What about Hotch and Rossi? Do they know?" I ask a sobing Penelope.

"Garcia called them both. They'll be here soon," Morgan informs.

*time skip*

Both Rossi and Aaron had arrived. Garcia was still going through a fit of hysterics. No news came from Reid nor any doctor. All we could do was wait. Was this how it felt when I was in the hospital? I watch as a doctor walks up to us.

"Jennifer Jareau and Dr. Spencer Reid?" She asks.

We all shoot up.

"Yes," everyone says at once.

"We would like to inform you, Ms. Jareau has been in labor for about 7 hours already. Her water broke about 2 hours ago. The baby will be born prematurely, so it will be quite awhile before you can see either of them," She allows us the process.

"About how long do you think she will remain in labor?" I speak up.

"I would say anywhere from three to five more hours," the nurse takes a look at her watch.

"Ok, thank you," Morgan says as she leaves.

We all sit in silence, everyone silently agreed we'd wait.

*time skip*

Four hours have past, no further news on the baby or JJ. I look around to see both Morgan and Garcia had fallen asleep upon one another. Rossi was asleep in another chair. Aaron, of course, was wide awake. I feel him burning holes into my body, but I don't meet his eyes. I pickup a magazine that had been placed on a table next to me. I had already flipped through it a total of three times already.

"Emily," I hear Aaron begin.

"Aaron, now isn't the time ok? Just drop it," I advise.

He does as I tell him, keeping his mouth shut. I sigh, I needed sleep. It's been days since I last allowed my body to rest. I lay my head down for a moment, quickly falling into a deep slumber.
