[Chapter 45]

[JJ is 3 weeks pregnant; Lily is 6 1/2 weeks old; Emily is 4 months pregnant (16 weeks)]

Emily's POV:

"Garcia I don't wanna make a huge deal of it," I say exasperated.

"Oh come on! It's a huge deal. Not to mention it would be incredibly fun," she nudges my elbow as we walk.

"Can't you do it for JJ instead?" I whine.

"First of all, I did but you were playing dead in Paris, and secondly your not supposed to have to different ones," she argues.

"But is an entire party really necessary?" I groan.

"Absolutely. Every first born baby should have a baby shower! Now, are you wanting to announce the gender?" She continues with her bombarding questions.

"Well I-," she cuts me off.

"Ooo! If you are you should definitely tell me first. We could come up with some cute reveal like the ones on Pinterest," she exclaims.

"Garcia I don't even-," she cuts me off once more.

"Hey is your mother coming? Does she even know? I went through the same thing with JJ and let me just say-," this time it's I who interrupts.

"GARCIA!," I shout.

"Yes my liege?" She replies perkily.

"I have so much on my mind, and I'm not even sure if I want to know the gender. To answer your other question, no my mother doesn't know. I will be telling her at the right time however. I just don't need a lecture about being a single mother right now," I let out with a puff of air.

"Alright! Alright! I get it," she chuckles.

"I see Pen is killing you with baby talk," JJ joins in, "been there, done that".

"I have to keep my favorite aunt reputation going before they arrive. I must have dominance!" Garcia shouts before leaving.

"She's gonna be the death of me," I joke, "Anyways what are you doing here? I thought you weren't coming back until Lily's two months old?" I question.

"Just visiting. I haven't seen you guys since last week," she sighs.

"Just can't get enough of me," I grin.

"Uh huh," JJ rolls her eyes.

"Guys round table in 5," Aaron calls from his office.

"Ugh, just when I thought we'd get the day off," I groan.

"Hey blondie," Morgan joins us.

"Sup Chocolate Thunder," she mimics both Garcia and Morgan himself.

"Where's my favorite niece?" He chuckles.

"I handed her off to Reid. She needed a diaper change," she shrugs.

"Ahh, I see, now I know who will be changing mine," I smirk placing my hands on my growing bump.

"Nice try but he'll be changing this little one's in about 8 months," she motions to her belly.

"Hey, we need to go. Hotch said it's a rough one," Reid hands Lily to JJ.

"Alright love you," they exchange affection before we join the rest of the team in the briefing room.

*time skip*

"What we got Garcia?" Alex says looking up from the table.

"I actually have no idea. The case went straight to Hotch," she leads our eyes towards him.
