Three wishes

Hezial's POV

The stands were full. Loud cheering can be heard from the whole stadium. Germany supporters were clearing loud for the German team. England supporters were as loud as them. Maybe even more louder. It was the second half of the match. To be more precise the last 10 minutes of the game. Hailey was cheering loud for Kai. Yeah that's right for Kai. Mace was in the bench, so she said she would cheer for Kai with me.

He was doing his best. He was at his A game. I've never seen him play like this. He was so fast. His accuracy was good too. He manage to shoot one shot. A powerful one. Right on spot. But unfortunately it was stopped by Pickford. He was frustrated. It was the last few minutes. Kimmich gave a pass to Kai. They tried to get the ball again but the final whistle blew indicating that the match was over.

I looked at Kai and he had his head down. He tired his best and he should keep his head high. I saw Kimmich also with his head down. The Germany fans were clapping for the boys. For their hard work. I saw Mason walking down the field towards Kai. Kai was so upset that he didn't even know that Mace hugged him. A few minutes later Kai hugged him back. I watched as Mace was comforting him. Dec also came and patted Kai on the back saying he did good. Kai conversed them with a smile on his face. But I can tell when he is smiling for real. And that smile right there was a forced one.

Mace and Dec went back to their team mates. Kai had an interview to do. While he was giving his interview my eyes were glued on his. He had tears in his eyes. Once the team started going to the changing room I wanted to go and check up on Kai. But I got a message from him saying that he has a meeting and he will meet me later at my house. He didn't even give me a glance as he went inside the tunnel.

Me and Hailey got home and I did my night routine. I wore a pair of grey shorts and a white loose crop top. As soon as I entered my room I heard the door bell ring. I walked down stairs and peeked through the door hole. As soon as I saw Kai I opened the door and hugged him. He dropped his bag on the floor and hugged me and he said "love we should go inside. Your wearing too less cloths. You might catch a cold".

I pulled away and saw him with a small smile on his face. He picked up his bag and went in leaving me at the door. I closed the door and we both went to my room. As he sat on my bed I took a proper look at him. He was wearing a fresh pair of shirt and shorts. His hair was damp maybe from the shower. I grabbed my towel and walked up to him. I sat on his lap and started drying his hair.

He wrapped his arms around my waist and said "love". I hummed and he said "what went wrong today? No matter how much I think I can't get my finger on what went wrong". I stopped and looked at his face and said "Amor you were at your A game today. In fact I never saw you play like that. It was just not your time. There's more to come. Take this as a lesson and work hard for the next one. Your still young. There's more to come". He smiled at me and said "yeah".

He suddenly stopped and said "love I'm very hungry". I giggled and said "let's go down and make something to eat". He nodded like a little child and we both went down stairs. He sat on the kitchen counter and I asked him "what do you want to eat". He shrugged and said "I don't know. What can you make the best". "how about Pasta?". He nodded and said "sure. Want me to help you out?". I shook my head and said "Amor I love you but I also love my kitchen. I don't want it burned".

He out a hand on his chest and made a gasp sound. He was acting like he was offended and he said "for your information Hezial Walker. I happened to be a pretty good cook". I giggled and said "I don't believe that Havertz". He suddenly got down and started walking towards me. I kept walking back until my back came his contact with the wall. He trapped me in between his arms and said "go sit over there. I'll cook for you. Than you can be the judge of my cooking".

I busted into a fit of laughter and ha said "laugh all you want. But when you taste my cooking. If you like it. Which is definitely gonna happen. You are granting me three wishes".

I folded my arms in front of me and said "as if". He came even closer until our faces were inches apart. He said in a dangerously low voice "love I wasn't asking. I was telling you that". I gulped and pushed him. He laughed and I said "yeah yeah fine". He made me sit and said "go over there. I don't want you to steal my recipe. If you grant my three wishes maybe I'll give it to you".

I laughed and said "don't push it Havertz". He laughed and said "okay what's with the Havertz thing". I shrugged and said "don't know what your talking about". He just rolled his eyes with a chuckle and walked away.

Kai's POV

She went to the sitting room and opened the TV. Before I started cooking I heard the doorbell ring. I saw Zia stand up but soon Hailey's voice said "I'll get that. That's Mace". She opened the door and in came Mason. He walked up to me and said "what happened?". I pointed a finger at Zia and said "she questioned my cooking". Mace put a hand on his chest and made a gasp. The girls came and stood next to the counter and Mace said "for your information his cooking is amazing. I should know I was the one who taught him".

I looked at him and he said "when you live alone. You have to know at least something right Kai?". I nodded and Hailey said "oh yeah. Prove it". Mace looked at me and said "mind if I join you". I nodded and Mace said "wait wait. But what's the price if you guys like it". I pointed my finger at Zia and said "I don't know about your demands but my demand was that Zia grant me three wishes". Mace looked at Hailey and said "same goes for you love". Hailey shrugged and said "okay". Zia grabbed a bottle of water and said "plus how bad can your wishes be". I gave her a mischievous smile and said "oh love you will know soon".
