That makes me wonder... u could be one of those bad ass people, or u could be a preppy person, or u could be a a nerd, or what if u end up being the principle ...that's awkward
To answer,
Yes you have to do it every day and u can do either ..but I feel it would be more effective if u write it and keep it to urself , it's up to u really but that's just my opinion.
