Hina's Friend Groups

Hina is very much a social butterfly and finds it easy to befriend anyone. This is just a small chapter about the different friend groups she's in

Bakusquad (Hina, Bakugou, Kirishima, Kaminari, Mina, Jiro, Sero):

- They were obviously a group before Hina but she managed to fit in perfectly.

- The others were happy to have her in their group. Mainly because she's able to convince Bakugou to join in with their stupid shit.

- She has limited dance knowledge but Mina has happily volunteered to help her learn more. Her and Mina sometimes try to teach the group either TikTok dances or self-choreographed dances.

- As mentioned in a previous chapter, they have smoking sessions every now and again. It's normally when they're all stressed over school or things like trauma.

- Hina, Mina and Jiro need to have "Girl's Night" with the boys because they feel left out when the other girls have one.

- They all speak around the same meme language. It's canon, Horikoshi told me personally.

- They are in a constant prank war with one another. No one knows when it started and no one knows when it'll end.

The Study Group (Hina, Shoji, Tokoyami, Sato, Koda, Aoyama)

- They all reached out to Hina for help individually but then she formed this group to make it easier to help them and for them to help each other.

- They pretty much worship Hina and her intelligence. In all seriousness, they all see Hina as a big sister (even though she's the baby of the class).

- They like to have their study days on days where they're allowed to leave the school grounds and go to a café or park. They've found the dorms to be a but too chaotic and like the privacy.

- On multiple occasions, they've told Hina to become a teacher. While she likes the sound of the idea, she fears she'll have Aizawa's attitude and that's a hole she, personally, wouldn't want to go down.

- She'd never tell anyone else but they're her favourite people to tutor. It's a chill group. She's even found that Aoyama can 'calm down' and isn't always eccentric. While they may not understand everything on the first or second try, she can feel their determination.

- Sato always bakes snacks for them to have.

The Masterchefs (Hina, Sato, Bakugou)

- Bakugou would obviously never say it but he has mad respect for Sato's cooking and baking skills.

- Hina and Sato would regularly cook for the class but one day, Bakugou just joined them. They didn't question it and it's been like that ever since.

- Hina has shown Sato some of Ibuki's recipes and he sees her as a cooking goddess. He honestly hopes to meet her one day and talk about Caribbean dishes.

- Bakugou can be a bit demanding in the kitchen and Hina told Sato about Gordon Ramsey. That's now their code name for him. It confuses him and never fails to make them laugh.

- Bakugou grew sick and tired of people asking them for certain dishes the day they wanted them so he made a suggestion box for people to ask for their dishes. No one knows it was him who made it though, it just magically appeared in the common room one day.

- They honestly work super well with each other, the kitchen works like clockwork when they're cooking together.

The Prodigies (Hina, Todoroki, Iida, Momo)

- Even though Hina wasn't born into a hero family, like the rest, she still counts as she has a hero brother and has been adopted by Present Mic.

- They constantly bump into each other at different hero events and hang out. When they were younger, it was the same energy as meeting another kid at a wedding but never seeing them again after that night. But now they know each other, it's much more fun

- They bond over the pressure of living up to their sibling's/parent's legacies. They have weekly talks about it.

- They all help Todoroki study and train to get his provisional license.

- Hina and Todoroki make daddy issue jokes and Iida and Momo don't know whether or not they're allowed to laugh or not. Even when they say they can, they're on the fence about it.

- They all found it weird when they found out Iida rips out his engines every now and again. They all so many questions but they never feel satisfied with the answers. They also deeply question the whole "orange juice as fuel" thing but don't wanna bring it up.

The Garden Therapy Group (Hina, Shoji, Uraraka, Jiro, Todoroki)

- They all asked Hina if they could learn how to garden and they help her with their allotment. It's so relaxing, they consider it therapy.

- They always talk about their lives while they garden and every now and again, they get deep and they pause from gardening to talk.

- They love going to the gardening center together to get more supplies.

- One time, the girls invited Shoji and Todoroki to hang out with all the other girls and Mineta was livid when he found out.

- An accident happened once, causing Shoji's mask to slip off. His hands were full so he didn't know what to do. Uraraka made Hina float up and pull it back up. The group spent the rest of the session reassuring Shoji about his face. He hasn't taken it off around them since but the fact he knows he can comforts him.

- They have a speaker, which they all helped decorate, made specifically for the garden (courtesy of Yaomomo.) Obviously Jiro DJs but she made a playlist where they can all add whatever songs they want.

The Animal Group (Hina, Koda, Tokoyami, Tsuyu, Ojiro, Shoji)

- don't ask about why I chose these guys... you know why.

- They make monthly trips to the zoo. Whenever they pass an animal they share a characteristic with them, they take selfies with them in the background. If you're wondering where Hina fits into this... it's with reptiles like chameleons and insects like stick bugs.

- Once, Hina asked Koda if he could, technically, control Tsu. Though Koda doesn't know, the urge to try is quite tempting. One of these days. She also asked if he could control humans as they are animals too. It wasn't until then he realised just how much power his quirk could potentially have.

- Every now and again, they have a little petting zoo in the garden for their classmates. If they've had a stressful week, it can really help with mental health.

- Shoji is always scared he'll either scare away the animals or hurt them with how strong he is. Ironically, the animals normally love him the most.

- Tokoyami has been found in tense situations with DJ in the common room. Something about her just seems off to him. Whenever someone asks if it's instinct, he firmly denies it.

- Ojiro always shaves any facial/visible body hair in case people start making more monkey jokes. People know this and don't mention it. They know now if he does grow any to ease him into those jokes instead.
