"Ano sa tingin mo?", I asked April. Nakwento ko sa kaniya ang reaksyon ni Chisel kanina sa fast food chain.
"You saw him clenched his jaw, right? And then what did he say after?", she asked, looking intently at me.
"Wala. He just smiled, pero alam kong hindi totoong ngiti 'yon. And then right after, nagpaalam na siya na aalis na siya."
"Hmm, maybe he's still mad. Or..", pabitin niyang sabi.
"Or?"
"Or... he doesn't care at all.", she said.
Ano nga bang mas masakit? Yung puno siya ng poot sa kaniyang dibdib nang dahil sa'yo? O yung wala na talaga siya pakialam?
Now that he's with someone else, it seems that what he is feeling is the latter. I have no effect on him anymore.
Of course, Sab! There is some other girl who won his heart.
"Tama ka, wala lang iyon. It's been 2 years; long enough for him to realize that I am not what he deserves."

"Let's go, Edward?", karga ko siya sa aking kanang braso. Nang makababa na sila kanina ng Daddy niya, agad ko na siya isinama sa clinic na sinasabi ni April.
May schedule for dental care kasi si Edward pero nagkaroon ng emergency si April at Ethan. At dahil nandoon ako sa bahay nila kanina, ako nalang ang sasama kay Edward for his dental.
When we arrived at the clinic. I looked for Dr. Calino, Edward's doctor.
"I am sorry, Ma'am. But Dr. Calino has been out a few minutes ago. May kailangan daw pong asikasuhin. But he asked another doctor to assist Edward today.", the receptionist said.
"Wait, kailangan ko munang ipaalam 'to sa Mommy niya.", sabi ko.
I dialed April's number and after 4 rings, she answered the phone.
"Sab, how is it going? Tapos na?", bungad niya.
"Actually, that's why I called, ibang doctor daw ang mag-a-assist sa kaniya kasi may emergency daw si Doc.", I told her.
"Ah, okay. Sige, trusted ko na rin naman ang clinic na 'yan. That is fine with me, as long na mapa-check up si Edward.", April said.
After that call, I faced the receptionist and told her that we are fine with it.
Laking gulat ko nang isang bulto na kilalang kilala ko ang aking nakikita. It is him.
"Hi, Edward. I'm Dr. Chisel. I will be your doctor for today, okay?", he smiled at Edward.
