Things were going well in the Rogers household. Natasha convinced Fury to push the adoption through, and all that was left was to go to the courthouse and sign the papers.

Which of course went well.

What could happen when a super solider, an assassin, a toddler, two newborns and a witch walk into a courthouse?

"Steve! We are going to be late!" Natasha yelled down the hall as she walked back into the twins room. She finished diapering and dressing them before heading to James' room with both babies in tow. "How did I get two ready and you haven't finished with one?" She asked her husband, clearly annoyed. If her arms weren't full of babies, they would definitely be crossed.

"Umm..." Steve really had no answer. He could complain about how uncooperative James was being, but that wouldn't end well for him. Natasha deals with James everyday without complaining.

"Here." Natasha handed both babies to Steve before crouching in front of her almost naked toddler, "Джеймс, тебе нужно одеться, детка." (James, you need to get dressed baby.)

"да мама." (Yes Mama) James allowed Natasha to quickly dress him and pick him up. When she turned around, Steve was staring at them.

"What?" She asked her blue eyed soldier as she looked him up and down. Men in suits, with babies. That's all I have to say.

"You taught him Russian?"

"Of course." Natasha walked past him but she could feel him following her. "You can't even say anything because I have been offering to teach you for years."

"Yeah but now everyone in this house is going to know it but me." Steve sounds like someone kicked his dog.

"It's never too late, baby." Natasha walks to the garage and puts James in his car seat. Steve hands her Grace and they put the babies in there seats before Natasha runs in to see what is taking Wanda so long.

"Wanda?" Natasha asks as she knocks on Wanda's bedroom door. She opens it to find the young brunette straightening her hair. She leans against the door frame and smiles at her. "You look beautiful, дорогой." (Sweetheart) Wanda smiles at the red head as she unplugs the cord. "We are going to be late though, so come on." Natasha holds her hand out which Wanda instantly grabs. The pair make their way to the garage and Wanda goes to get in the back of the SUV when Natasha pulls her to the Corvette.

"Race you, baby." Natasha smiles at Steve as she jumps in the drivers side of her car. Steve shakes his head. She knows damn well he won't speed with the kids in the car unless it's life of death. Natasha on the other hand knows how to drive.

Once everyone made it to the courthouse, the whole thing went off without a hitch.

That is, until James announces he has to pee.

James recently started showing signs of wanting to potty train. Not like Natasha was going to complain about it being too early when she has two others in diapers. Steve offered to take him after they had taking their pictures after the adoption.

Natasha was distracted by Grace and Wanda. The women sat on a bench, waiting on the boys. Grace was nursing under a cover and Wanda was in deep conversation about a class she wanted to take. This one would require her to go into the city once a week and she was trying to sell Natasha on it. Sarah was passed out with her head on her older sister's shoulder as the pair talked about possible issues and ways to resolve them. They had no idea what the boys were up to.

Steve managed to get James to the bathroom and into a stall before there were any accidents.

"I pee, Daddy!" James yelled at his father who was standing right there.

"Good job, buddy. Inside voices, okay?" Steve blushed as he heard a couple men chuckle at the urinals.

James cheered as they flushed the toilet. Steve could not turn any more red.

"Come on, James. We have to wash our hands."

"Okay!" James chirped as he washed his hands with his Daddy's help. After squealing over the hand dryer, the pair was off. James wiggled to be put down. This was Steve's first mistake. He set James on the floor and went to take his hand, but James bolted. Steve was stunned for a split second and that was all it took. James ran into an elevator as the doors were closing, giggling like a mad man. Steve watched as the floors went up. There was only two and it stopped on the top floor. He ran up the stairs as fast as a super soldier can and made it to the floor the elevator stopped on. Steve could hear his son giggling with his advanced hearing. Steve started following the sounds of James over the regular office noise.

"James!" Steve whisper shouted for his son as he looked everywhere for him.

"James." Steve sighed out relieved when he saw and elderly lady sitting at her desk with James on her lap. James was giggling at whatever she was telling him.

"Oh I assume this is your little one? I'm Sheila, I was just telling James here that we should find his parents." She smiled at the small boy in her lap.

"Thank you, he is fast as lightening. I set him down and he took off so fast... my wife would kill me if she found out I lost our son." Steve let out a breath as a nervous smile graced his fast.

"Your first?"

"No. We were downstairs finalizing our adoption of our teenage daughter and we have twin daughters that are just a couple months old." Steve smiled proudly as he thought of his family.

"You're busy then. I suggest you get back to your wife and hope she doesn't find out then." Sheila winked at Steve as she handed over James.

"Thank you, again." James waved to Sheila as Steve carried him to the elevator.

The ride was short, and as they left the elevator Natasha's eyes snapped to them. She smiled at her boys as Steve walked closer.

"Did he go?" Natasha asked as Steve bent down to peeked her lips.

"He sure did." Steve chuckled nervously, gaining a look from his wife.

"Can we go to lunch now? I'm starving." Wanda asked, saving Steve from Natasha for the time being.

"Nom!" James cheered and bounced in Steve's arms.

"Let's go to the diner." Steve suggested, making Natasha's eyes light up.

"THE diner? Yes! I'm excited." Wanda smiled as she stood, still holding a sleeping Sarah.

"Okay, but you're buying." Natasha poked Steve's chest as she stood. She leaned in as close as she could with Grace and James between them. "And I know you're hiding something. We'll talk about that later." Natasha kissed James cheek and followed Wanda out the front door.

"I'm in trouble, buddy." Steve confessed to his son as he slowly followed his girls out of the courthouse.
