Natasha was running late, but that's nothing new for her.

Today was her's and baby Henry's doctors appointments, followed by lunch with Maria and Aurora but before she could get out the door she had to help Steve wrangle the other kids.

"Mama! Can I go with you?" James asked as she was putting shoes on Sarah and Grace.

"Not this time, baby." Natasha finished getting the girls ready as James ran over to her.

"But, but, Mama! I wanna go with you." Natasha turned to see her oldest son with tears in his eyes.

"Baby, I'm sorry. Mama has a boring doctor's appointment. You'll have way more fun at daycare with all the kids to play with!" Natasha tried to get James excited about going with Steve and the twins but the tears still fell. Natasha picked James up after wiping his tears. After a few kisses and cuddles, the tears stopped but James was still clinging to his mother.

"Come on, buddy. Daddy's going to be late." Steve picked up Sarah and went to the garage to put her in her car seat. Natasha took Grace's hand and followed Steve to his suv.

"Maybe he's coming down with something." Natasha looked at Steve as he picked up Grace.

"He's fine, babe. He will have fun at daycare." Steve pecks her lips before putting Grace in her car seat. "Come here, buddy." Steve reaches for James, who turns and hides his face in Natasha's neck.

"Steve.." Natasha rubs James's back and her husband knows she is close to cracking.

"No, Tasha. He is fine. I promise to call you if there is any issues." Steve kisses her lips again and uses the distraction to take James from her arms.

James fusses as his father puts him in the car and buckles him in. Steve turns to Natasha and turns her by her shoulders, steering her back inside the house.

"I promise. The kids will be fine." Steve kisses his wife one last time before slapping her ass and running to the car.

"You'll pay for that." Natasha grumbles as Steve winks at her before closing the drivers door and backing out of the garage.

"Mama, can you drop me off at school on your way?" Wanda rushes down the stairs grabbing an apple and a bottle of water. Natasha checks the time and grimaces.

"Sure, but we have to leave now." Natasha picks up a sleeping Henry in his car seat and heads to the garage with Wanda hot on her heels.

"Everything looks good. You're healing well, and this is your third birth so you know the drill. You know your body."

"Yes. And Henry is okay?" Natasha rocks her son slightly when he starts grunting and fussing.

"Henry is striving. He's a big boy." The doctor smiles at the newborn as she finishes her notes. "You can return to normal activities and keep doing what you're doing with little Henry here. He's growing well."

"Normal activities. Right." Natasha smiled at the doctor. She wasn't going to tell this civilian doctor anything about how her and Steve had returned to normal activities a couple weeks ago.

"Natasha!" Aurora's excited voice called from the back patio of the restaurant they chose.

Natasha waved as she made her way through the tables.

"You made it." Aurora smiles warmly at Natasha before looking into the car seat to see a sleeping Henry. "Oh my god, he's so handsome." Aurora coos over the baby.

"He looks just like his daddy." Natasha smiles as she looks at a sleeping Alice in Maria's arms, "Maria look at her cheeks." Natasha coos.

"She's perfect. And she's such a good baby." Aurora says proudly.

"I don't know what you're always complaining about, Natasha. This hasn't been as hard as I was anticipating." Maria raises and eyebrow at the head head.

"Well, Hill. Not only do you have 3 set of hands, but you only have one." Natasha laughed, "Just wait until you have another."

"Oh no, I'm not going that long without sex again." Maria glares at her daughter, "No matter how cute you are."

"Steve and I never wait 6 weeks." Natasha chuckles as she looks at her menu. When she feels eyes on her, she looks up to see both women staring at her. "What?"

"I didn't have to wait this long and your choose today to tell me? My appointment is tomorrow." Maria whines, turning to look at Aurora. "We're having sex after this."

Aurora blushes as her eyes dart to Natasha and sees her smirking.

"I guess you're supposed to wait. They wouldn't say that if they didn't think it was necessary, but I know my body. When I felt normal again.." Natasha shrugs, "Just take it easy the first time."

Natasha smirks at the couple as they communicate with their eyes from across the table. The three have a fabulous lunch before packing up the babies.

"It's just me and Henry this afternoon, do you want me to take Alice for a few hours?" Natasha smirks at Maria.

"Yes." Maria says before Natasha is even finished asking the question.

"Honey, is there enough pumped bottles in the bag?" Aurora looks slightly worried.

"Yup. She'll be fine with Natasha. We'll come and pick her up later, call us if there is an emergency but please don't call." Maria helps put Alice's car seat beside Henry's, "Are you sure you'll be okay with two newborns?"

"You do remember that I had Sarah and Grace, right?" Natasha raised an eyebrow at her best friend.

"Right, okay." Maria leaned in and kissed Alice's cheeks before letting Aurora do the same. Once they said their good byes, Aurora was being dragged to their car. Natasha chuckles as she gets into the drivers seat.

Natasha has a fairly quiet afternoon with Henry and Alice. They're both very easy babies and sleep most of the time. Natasha manages to meal prep for the week and clean the house before she hears a car out front.

Mathew's car.

Natasha waits in the kitchen for a few moments before she hears the front door open and then the car leaving. The next thing she hears is sniffling.

"Wanda?" Natasha walks towards the front door, seeing her teenager crying with her back to the door.

"He got accepted to UCLA. It's always been his dream school." Wanda's tear filled eyes meet her mothers.

"Oh, baby. Come here." Natasha holds her arms out as Wanda rushes into them, sobbing on her shoulder.

"I love him, Mama. And I feel like I'm losing him." Natasha rubs her back and cradles her head.

"I know. I know it hurts, baby." Natasha holds her oldest child while she cries.
