"Do your parents know... we're like... you know." Xingqiu struggled to say. "Obviously," Xingqiu sighed, "Not." Yun finished. "Huh?! Why didn't you tell them?" He got a little mad. "How would I tell them!" Chongyun sighed, "They're never home, was I supposed to text them that? Plus, I'm not out to them yet." Yun sat on his gaming chair. Xingqiu glared, with quite a bummed out face, "Yeah you're right, sorry." He sighed, sitting on Yun's bed. "They know you're dating Sena though.." Chongyun mumbled, thought Xingqiu still heard. "Really? How?" Chongyun just glared at him, "How? You're literally famous Xingqiu, and so is Sena. I'm pretty sure the whole town knows about you two, even the little kids." He laughed. Xingqiu smiled, "Should I just tell them it was a forced marriage, so they don't bother you about it too much?" He suggested. Yun laughed, "First of all, never tell a secret to my parents. They can't keep quiet, second, too late." "Hm?" Xingqiu asked confused. Yun unlocked his phone, and a few seconds later he showed the screen to Xingqiu. It was his message conversations with his mom, except they were all about Xingqiu's and Sena's marriage. "Oh, haha, sorry!" He apologized. "It's fine," Yun laughed, "Let's go eat something." He led them out of the room.
"Mom, how many times do I have to tell you to get half cheese half pepperoni! I hate pepperoni." Yun stuck his tongue out jokingly in disgust. They all laughed, "Just take the pepperoni slices off! Gosh you're so childish!" His mom turned to his dad, "He probably got that from you!" She pointed at him. His dad gasped in disbelief, "From me!? Clearly you haven't seen how you act." He joked. His mom's jaw dropped, though she couldn't t seem to find any words to say back. The two teens laughed. "You're family's really fun to be around," Xingqiu handed him a slice with no pepperoni on it. "Yeah.." Yun smiled, taking the slice from him and sitting down at the table. Xingqiu soon proceeded to do the same.
"Alright!" Yun's mom scooted closer to Xingqiu, "You have to tell me everything about your marriage!" "Haha," Xingqiu laughed awkwardly. "Oh right! How was it that you said.. I truly love her." His dad imitated Xingqiu from TV. His mom laughed, "Come on! Tell me how you two met! Omg, I bet they met under the Sakura trees in spring!" Chongyun glared at her, she was joking, right? "Sweetie, you're crazy." His dad admitted. Finally, someone points it out. "I bet they met at the top of Liyue's tallest mountain! They were probably getting ready to ski down but Sena tripped and Qiu caught her! Aww, how romantic! Well done son." Yun's dad patted Xingqiu's shoulder. Nevermind, Yun's dad wasn't any better than his mom. "It wasn't that romantic." Chongyun interrupted, "It was just at a regular party." He shrugged. "Aww." His mom sighed. "Well! How'd you two meet? I bet it was romantic! haha." Xingqiu changed the topic. "How we met.." His mom turned to his dad. She smiled, "We were best friends since we could remember. Our parents were good friends so they would set us up on playdates all the time, I guess we grew on each-other. " His dad nodded, "Your best friend being your lover is a blessing, they've seen all sides of you, so theres nothing to hide." "I know." Xingqiu smiled. "You know?" His mom was intrigued. "Yeah, I'm in love with Yun!" "WHAT!?"
