Chapter 11

Viktor bust down my door as i looked up at him confused.

"Dude what the hell-"

"Piltover was burned down." He said still panting from running.

My eyes Widened.

"What?" I asked in shock.

We arrived back in Zaun, my eyes widening as bodies of people were on the broken bridge.

Flashback:

My eyes Widened as i saw Achlys being stabbed by protecting Caitlyn with a poisoned blade. I pushed Caitlyn away from Achlys and took her in my arms absolutely bawling my eyes out.

Her lifeless eyes limping in my arms, my body began shaking.

"ARHHHHHGG!"

BOOM

My eyes widened at the pure hatred that fueled me in my combat. Caitlyn followed my lead and began attacking again with Vi.

"YOU'RE ALL GONNA DIEEEE!" I screamed with hate as i attacked the enemy relentlessly.

End of flashback:

I looked away and continued walking to find a completely burned down city. Bodies of people covering the streets either burned or crushed. My eyes Widened at the extend to which this went. 

"This is A massacre..."Whispered Viktor.

We opened the council tower's doors when we were greeted by a sea of dead guards. Blood splatters painted the White walls in red as the silence loudly screamed out to me.

I looked back at Viktor who was completely shocked.

"Are you okay? You wanna stay outside?" I asked him as he didn't look comfortable.

He shook his head no before looking back at me.

"No, I'm fine. I just wasn't expecting such ... Barbary."

I looked back at the bodies as i continued walking.

He's right ... I have never seen such thing ... such ... rage...

I opened the main door to find other dead bodies on distinctive chairs. Viktor entered the room.

"Holy shit ... The council..."

"... All brutally killed..." I said looking at the bodies. "Looks like someone made this little scene for us..." I said pointing at the guard's head in the middle of table.

"That's not a scene, that's a warning." He said.

I looked back at him.

"A warning for who?"

"Anyone who stands in their way..."

I looked down thinking about it for a minute.

"Who could've done this?" I whispered.

Viktor put his hand on my shoulder.

"Probably raiders from Bilgewater. It's filled with criminals and smugglers... It wouldn't surprise me that they've had enough of Piltover and attacked in a moment of weakness... Come on, let's go before we're accused of this." He said gently.

We walked out as i looked around.

It doesn't look like anything was taken except the hexgate technology...

I passed through Zaun and looked at Viktor. My eyes widened to find an empty beam.
