Hercules and I have settled in pretty well over the last year here in La Push. Billy was able to show us around the area and even the treaty line if the Cullens ever come back.
Over the last year a lot has changed. To the public Hercules and I were siblings. We also called him Hunter in front of others so they wouldn't start asking questions about his name and all that mess. However, we did discuss that when the pack starts they will know who we are.
Billy and Sarah ended up getting in a car accident shortly after jacob was born. Sadly Sarah didn't make and billy ended up in a wheelchair. Hercules and I helped out the best we could. Rachel and Rebecca became very attached to me after their mother passed away. I tried everything I could to help them because I knew what it was like not having a mom.
Hercules helped out a lot with Jacob as well as helping billy get used to his wheelchair. He even built Billy a ramp to make it easier for billy to get around better.
Hercules and I have had only a few run ins with vampires. They smell awful. It's sickly sweet with a hint of death. Thankfully there aren't many around so our patrols aren't as intense.
Today was just going to be a normal day. Check the area, go see billy and the kids. Patrol went fine and now Hercules and I are going Billy's now for dinner. As we get there we notice a cop car. But then I remember it is Billy's friend Charlie.
When we walk inside I'm stopped in my tracks by a female I know and my blood starts to boil. Oh it's you...Fucking Renee. "Charlie, Renee, this is Ariel and her brother Hunter." Billy says leaving out Hercules real name. I am staring daggers into Renee and she shifts uncomfortable then I notice a small girl in her arms.
"Hi it's nice meeting you. Billy talks a lot about you." Charlie's says. "This little one is Bella. She just turned 3." I still don't say a word and Hercules can tell something is up. In that moment I take the chance to make Renee more uncomfortable.
"Hi it's nice meeting you Charlie and Renee. Bella is a cute one. I bet it's wonderful having two parents for her to be raised with. My mother was sadly poisoned by her own sister sending her into early labor almost killing me. Lucky there were plenty of resources around to allow me to be standing here." I say flatly looking at Renee who now has wide eyes.
"Billy I'm going to step out I need some air." I say and walk out the door. Im trying so hard not to lite her on fire right now. I'm so angry I'm pacing the yard. Suddenly I hear a voice behind me.
"Well I see my plan didn't go as I hoped." The fucking nerve of this bitch.
"Yeah I guess not. Mom died shortly after I was born. I was close to dying which caused my other aunts and uncles using everything they had to save me. Which caused me to grow faster than the average kid. I lost my mother and my childhood because you were a jealous petty bitch. And you still didn't get what you wanted! And you won't. Dad told me everything you had done and just because you are my mothers sister does not make us family. You best be watching yourself now. I'd hate for Bella to grow up like I did. Motherless. You are not entitled to the life me and my father have. It was never going to be yours and it never will be." I say with venom laced in my voice.
"It should have been mine. I was the oldest." She says.
"It doesn't fucking matter if you were older or not. My mother was dads soulmate not you! Get that in your fucking head." I tell her.
"One day I will find a way to get everything from you. And it will all be mine and rightfully Bella's." Renee says.
"Try me bitch. You come at me and I promise you you'll be the one wishing you never messed me with." I say walking closer getting in her face.
"Just give me what I want and there won't be any problems between us." She says.
"Yeah, you can take that request and shove it up your ass. It won't be happening. You do not deserve anything." I say pissed off.
Hercules soon came out of the house after having a feeling something was wrong. He came up to me pulling me away and took me home. I was fuming. I was cussing, yelling, screaming and throwing shit everywhere. Soon dad came to the house feeling my distress.
"What happened?" He asked looking shocked at my current state.
"That fucking bitch is back and married to Charlie, Billy's friend. They have a daughter. She gets to live her life and act like nothing is wrong. Bella gets to have a mother when mine was taking because her mother is a fucking bitch."
Dad softly walked up to me as tears started to come down my eyes. He gave me a hug and held me close to his chest. We both cried missing mom. "I just want her here dad. I never got to meet her and it's not fair." I cried out.
"I know princess I'm so sorry I couldn't save her." Dad says. "I don't blame you dad. I'm just glad I was able to have you in my life." I say.
"Just be careful around her okay. I since you are full goddess she can't do anything to you like she did your mom but don't put it passed her to try." Dad says.
The rest of the day dad and I actually went to Atlantis for a little while. Hercules stayed in La push watching over everything and billy while I was gone. I had to get out of there or I was going to end her.
