I looked out the window and saw Paul and Rachel cuddled into each other talking. I couldn't help but smile knowing each could finally get what they wanted.
"Did you know they would imprint?" Sam came up and asked me.
"No. But it does not surprise me. From the beginning both have been connected to each other. Sadly evil friends got in the way and messed all that up, however, in the end, fates brought them back together." I say sweetly looking up at him.
"You are such a loving and caring person. You never fail to amaze me but I need to have a talk with you." He says giving me a stern look.
Oh no. "Okay?" I say to him.
"Do not be going and teleporting out of here and coming back covered in blood. Regardless of who's it is or at least tell me where you are going next time so I am not freaking out okay?" He asks pulling me close.
"I know. I won't do that again. I just knew as soon as she called me something was seriously wrong because she will usually just text or call me on the phone. But I promise my dear alpha and husband I won't do it again without warning." I say leaning up and giving him a kiss.
Time skip After that afternoon/evening things between Paul and Rachel have been great. She was able to transfer to being an online student is staying in La Push. Billy was not happy at first when he found out Paul imprinted on her, but after seeing how both looked at each other, he knew he couldn't split that up. So Rachel started living with Paul and Mason in the basement apartment we built in for Paul.
Over Christmas my parents came up for the holiday and we all had a big dinner together. Hercules proposed to Emily that night while we were all opening gifts. It was a wonderful time. Jacob and his friends came over with Billy for a little bit and we noticed some changes in the boys.
It is now the new year and things are kind of stressful. The red head vampire keeps showing up and we don't know why. The guys have been out patrolling like crazy and it is just me and Rachel today since Emily went to go see some family.

While Paul was out on patrol I stayed back with momma Ocean to watch Mason and help make some food for when the guys come home. I kept checking on Mason to make sure he was okay but he was too busy swooning over Melody. As I went back to cutting up some fruit, I got to thinking about how far Paul and I have come just over these last couple of months.
I have moved in with him, we completed our bond and are closer than ever. Plus I have this little bundle of joy named Mason who lights up my world even though he is not mine. I care, love, and treat him as if he were mine though. I was brought out of my thoughts with momma Ocean asking me a question.
"So how are things going? You have been here for a couple months now and you and Paul seem happier than ever." She says to me. I couldn't help but smile at her knowing she is right.
"We are really great actually. It's a dream come true and sometimes I still think I am dreaming. I have the guy I always wanted and have been in love with since middle school, and his son so I am happy." I say to her.
"Have you said that you love him? I know you both have been showing you love each other but have you actually said those words?" She asked. I instantly get nervous when it comes to those 3 simple letters.
"N-n-no. I haven't said them and neither has he. I want to so bad but I do not know how to actually say it you know? Everything seems so perfect right now and I don't want to mess it up." I tell her.
We end up finishing up in the kitchen and make our way to the living room. Momma grabs Mason and gives him lots of loving while she holds Melody as well. We continued to talk for a while about how I felt about Paul and what I want to say to him.
After a while, Mason looks over at me and does his grabby hands wanting cuddles. We all have been working on him trying to walk and talk. He is almost there too! Momma sets him down and helps make sure he is balanced before letting go of his hands.
Mason has a big gummy smile on his face and takes a few steps towards me and begins to giggle. I smile at him just loving this little boy.
"Come on Mason! Come on. You are almost there buddy." I tell him as he continues to take a few more steps. While this was happening, momma and I did not hear the boys coming in because I was too focused on Mason.
"Little wolf you are almost there." I say cheering excitingly for him. In one more step and threw himself into my arms. I pick him up and twirl him around kissing all over his face causing him to giggle. Then out of no where I hear
"Mama" from a little voice. I stop in my tracks and look down at him with tears in my eyes and see him smiling at him.
"Oh Mason I love you baby. Even if you aren't mine, I will be the best mother I can be." I say kissing them top of his head.
Once again I am stopped in my tracks when I hear a deeper voice behind me saying "I love you Rachel." I turn around and see my wolf looking at me. More tears pull in my eyes as I walk Mason and I over to Paul and wrap an arm around Paul's waist. I look up at him and smile.
"I love you too Paul. So much." And give him a kiss.
Momma was right, saying it felt so good and hearing him say it to made it even better.
