I woke up the next morning sore. I was still wrapped up in Sam's arms as he was snuggled in close to me. I started planting small kisses over his face to wake him up. "Good morning wolfie"
"Good morning pup. How are you feeling this morning?"
"Sore, but it is a good sore."
"Well then I did my job well."
"Yes you did wolfie. Let get up and get some food. I'm sure you are hungry."
We get up and I shower real quick. Once I get out I throw my hair up and put on one of Sam's button ups, an black spandex shorts. When I get down to the kitchen I pull out ingredients to make biscuits and gravy. I also pull out some sausage to have with it. Sam comes down from his shower and see me cooking and groans.
"Are you okay wolfie?" I ask.
"Yeah, you just look so good in my shirt and cooking."
Suddenly our front door opens and I see Hercules and Emily walk in. As the come into the kitchen they see me against Sam's chest with his arms around me. "Hi guys, breakfast is almost done if you want some." I say. Sam and Hercules go into the living room to talk and Emily comes up beside me and eyes me up and down and then gasps.
"Oh shit, you two had sex." She says.
"Sshhhhhh! Ssshh, yes we did. Last night and it was so amazing." She keeps looking at me and sees something behind my ear.
"Uhhh what's behind your ear?" She asks.
"I dont know, can you watch the food and I'll go look." When I get to the bathroom I see a wolf mark.

I go back down stairs and go find sam to see if he has it too. As I walk up to him he is talking and I turn his head slightly and see the same mark. My eyes go wide. What the heck is going on. I go back into the kitchen, "uhhh Sam has it too."
"What do you think it is?" She asks
"I don't know honestly. Hey guys breakfast is ready."
The guys come in and we start eating. We were talking about patrols and the two boys we have been watching out to phase. Suddenly Hercules stops talking and sees the side of my head. "Ariel what is behind you ear?"
"I uhh don't really know. It showed up this morning and I checked earlier and sam has it too."
"We can ask the elders after breakfast."
After eating, Emily helped me clean up the dishes and kitchen. We all got ready and headed over to see the elders. When we got there, Harry and old Quil were already there waiting with billy. "So you said we have some questions?" Billy asks.
"Um yeah, sam and I woke up this morning and both had these marks on the backs of our ears. Do you know what they are?" I ask.
He chuckles and looks between us "did you bite her when finishing?" Billy asks. Sam shifts uncomfortably and I'm blushing.
"Yeah, I did actually." Sam says remembering what happened.
"That is your wolves way of claiming his mate. Where gods and goddesses have soulmate tattoos with initials, us pack members will bite our mate when finishing causing the mate mark to form."
"Oh so its just a different version of my soulmate mark then?" I ask.
"Yes, exactly. It also has its benefits but I do not feel comfortable talking about those. You will just have to find out." Billy says chuckling.
Suddenly there was a loud bang coming into the house. "YOU MARKED MY DAUGHTER?!"
"Oh shit" I whisper.
"Uhh y-y-yeah I did. I didn't know that's what I was actually doing until they appeared this morning."Sam blurts out. I'm glaring at dad to cut this big bad father act out but he wont.
"Dad this is no different than our version of the soulmate tattoo."
"Honey this is different because with ours he didn't have to have sex with you."
"HEY! I decided I was ready to give myself to him and I did." I said glaring back at dad.
We kept staring at each other for a few more minutes. He knew he wouldn't win with me and my attitude.
"Fine, just treat her right." Dad says to sam. Dad comes over and hugs me tightly. "Ugg you even smell like him now." I start to giggle and Sam is trying not to smirk knowing I have been fully claimed.
"Did she give you the bracelet?" Dad asks
"Yes she did yesterday."
"Well you'll have to bring him down sometime to show him Atlantis. Just let me know when. I have to head home but I had to come up here and see if it was true about the marking." Dad says with a groan.
"Dad its fine okay? It's a good thing." He rolls his eyes giving me one more hug and shaking Sam's hand before leaving.
"Well that went better than I thought." I said to the group of people around me.
Hercules starts to chuckle "yeah be glad he did send a tsunami or earth quack your way Sam." He says out loud causing me to laughing knowing it was true.
We went back home the after meeting with the elders. Hercules and Sam went out on patrol for the evening. Emily and I of course stayed in, drank whine and watched some television. But we also talked.
"So without details how was it?" She asks me.
I laughed knowing what she is talking about. "It was amazing. The date went better than expected. He told me he loved me and I of course said it back. When we got back here, we went to the bedroom for the rest of the evening because it was kind of late when we got back. Next thing I know we are making out, taking each other's clothes off and made love. It was my first so he was gentle at first and then he went kind of feral at the end." I told her
"What do you mean feral at the end?" She asked
"Uhh so you know virgin and all I kinda bled from him. Anyways with his wolf scenes when he smelt the blood and saw it, he basically went full dominate on me. And then I may or may not have called him my Alpha kind of seductively in bed and it sped up from there leading to the marking."
"YOU CALLED HIM ALPHA?!"
"It kind of just slipped out in the moment but damn I was glad it did." I said giggling.
"Damn who know my best friend would have an Alpha kink." She says finishing her glass and adding more.
"All I can say is it will probably happen more now. I'm curious to see what that wolf can really do to me." I say smirking.
"Okay eww I didn't need to know that!" She says squealing.
We both bust out laughing and spend the rest of the night talking. Once the boys got home we went to our own rooms. Sam showered and came back over to bed cuddling up with me.
