EMMETT'S POV
Ever since we left Forks, Rose has been acting weird and I don't know why. She never wants to be around me or be together intimately. I just don't get it.

Anytime I try going near her she just gets really annoyed and gets up and leaves. What have I done? I don't think I did anything to actually make her mad. Maybe she is just mad over the whole having to move again because of a human. I don't know.

I have also noticed that the family has been going off without me and acting really weird. So I planned today I will find out what is going on. I don't know what has happened but apparently Edward's, Jasper's, and Alice's abilities do not work on me anymore. Now I will be able to "go hunt" and hide to find out what is happening.

"Hey guys, I am gonna go hunt. Anyone want to come with?" I ask.

"No we are good" Carlisle says. I just nod my head and "leave".

I hid up in a tree close to the house and waited for them to start.

"Uhg Carlisle how much longer am I gonna have to fake being his mate? I am tried of this shit and don't want to be with him anymore." Rose says.

The fuck?

"Rose, I know you don't want to be with him okay? But we need this plan to go through if we want to kill Ariel and the pack, plus take over the Volturi. We need his strength. We have Alice's visions to keep us updated on their plans, Jasper's ability to manipulate them and Edward to read their minds to detect their plans as well. We just need you to push through this a little longer. We also need to play nice with the pack so we can kidnap Ariel and her baby so we can use Ariel's abilities to help take over the Volturi. Once they are gone, we will kill her and keep the baby for you to raise as your own okay? Can you just keep faking it for a little bit longer?" Carlisle asks.

"Fine. Whatever. Only because I want a baby." She says.

"We know you do Rose" I hear Edward say. "I promise I will give you everything my beautiful mate" he says.

WHAT?!

"Yeah then give up that fucking blood singer" Rose says.

"Rose I don't want her but we kinda need her too since no one's gifts work on her. I promise you are the one I want and only one I need. I am just fucking with her to get what we want okay baby?" Edward says.

"Okay baby" she says.

What the hell is actually going on. This whole family is fucked up. I can't listen anymore and actually go hunt. I need to leave and warn the pack but I need to leave when they aren't home.

Once I finish hunting and go back to the house, I notice it is empty. I see a note on the door saying they are going for a hunt. Now is my chance to actually leave. I don't worry about packing. I will just buy new stuff.

I quickly leave and make my way to a bank and change everything so I cannot be tracked. I transferred all my money into a new account so Rose cannot use it. I cannot believe I was turned all based on a lie and to be used.

How will I even get the pack to listen to me without attacking me? I suddenly remember Bella saying that Ariel's dad is Poseidon. Maybe if I say his name he will show up?

After I get everything finished with the bank I quickly move out of the town and keep traveling. When I get to quiet isolated area I decide to try my luck.

"Poseidon, if you hear me, please come talk to me. It is literally dealing with life or death with Ariel and her baby." I say.

I sit down on a log that I see and wait. After 10 minutes a man appears in front of me out of nowhere.

"Why is my daughter and grandchild in harm bloodsucker." I am assuming Poseidon says.

"The Cullen's have been lying to me my whole exisitance. My ex wife/mate lied about being my mate all because they want to use my extra strength for power. They are planning on taking Ariel and the baby and using for themselves. You have to help me warn them please then can you please just kill me afterwards? I do not want to be a vampire. I never did."I tell him honestly.

"I will take you to the pack, but one false move and you will burn got it?" He says.

I just nod my head.

"Yes sir"

ARIEL'S POV

It is a pretty quiet day around the pack house. All imprints are together and happy as they should be. Suddenly my father and Emmett appear in front of everyone in the living room.

The boy jump up ready to attack.

"Stand down boys. We come in peace and with a warning" Dad says.

"Let me guess, they lied to you and you know their plan?" I ask.

Emmett's eyes get big. "You know?" He asks.

"I had my suspicions. At one of the meetings at the treaty line I found it weird how you stood off from them. As if you weren't fully accepted by them. So tell me Emmett what is their plan?" I ask.

"They want to take over and end the Volturi. They also want to kidnap you and your baby and use to their ability to defeat them, then kill the pack, you and keep the baby so Rose can raise it herself since she cannot have a baby. Also, Bella is getting played as well. She is what we call a shield and it prevents other vampire gifts to not be used on her. Edward is actually mates with Rose and they are using Bella only for her shield then want to kill her." He says.

"I mean I don't care if she dies. That won't break my heart but if anyone comes near my baby again I will set their ass on fire." I say.

"I am sorry for all the trouble my ex family has caused." He says sadly.

"Emmett what do you want?" I ask.

"I don't want to survive on blood. I wish I had a mate and maybe I will find her but I no longer want to be a vampire" he says.

I just nod my head and stand up. I walk in front of him and wave my hand in front of him causing a blue shimmer to come out and surround him.

"Welcome to the pack Emmett" I say with a smirk.
