Time skip
Today is mine and Sam's one year anniversary. January 8th! I cannot believe we have been together for a whole 365 days. As I was getting ready to get out of bed, the door opens and I see Sam carrying in a tray of food and a light blue rose.
"Good morning my gorgeous mate. Happy anniversary!" He says leaning down and giving me a kiss while placing the food on the bed.
"Good morning my handsome wolf." I say back with another kiss.
He sits down on the bed and pulls me into him. "You did all of this for me?" I asked.
"Oh my little ocean, I have a full day planned for you. We start with breakfast in bed, and then I have Emily taking you to have a spa day. You'll get your hair done, a facial, a full body massage, and your nails and toes done. Then once you are all pampered, you'll get in a beautiful dress I picked out for you and we will have a sweet romantic sunset dinner on the beach." He tells me while kissing down my cheek to my neck.
I start to tear up thinking about all he is doing for me and I haven't really done much for him. "Puppy what's wrong?" He asks panicked.
"It just you have got so much for me today and I didn't really do anything for you. I wasn't sure if we were doing gifts or not." I tell her sadly.
"Ariel look at me" he says. And of course I do because he never used my first name unless he is serious. "I wanted this day to be more about you because you have done so much for the pack and so much for me. You deserve to be pampered and treated like the princess you are. So please don't feel bad. All I want today is for you to enjoy yourself and then end your evening with me okay?" He says.
I just nod my head at him agreeing. He went above and beyond so I do not want to do anything to ruin everything he's done for today.
We sat and ate breakfast talking about childhood stories and adventures I went on with Hercules. It was really nice to relax with him and not have to deal with the others. Don't get me wrong, I love those boys and Emily with all my heart, but sometimes, I just want my wolf to myself.
After breakfast, I got showered and ready for this girls day I am having with Emily. I am pretty excited because I have never had one before. Once I am finished getting ready, I go downstairs and see Emily waiting on me.
Sam pulls me into a hug before I leave and gives me one last kiss. As I get ready to pull back, he pulls out his card and gives it to me. "Here, use this today. Don't worry about prices. I get funds from being in the pack and the car shop I help out with." He says. I smile up at him and give him another kiss.
