Chapter 59: A wholesome moment and the grand tour.

-Narration-

"Last one there's a rotten egg!" Junior exclaimed who suddenly uses his coptor to fly to the entrance of bowser's castle. "Says you!" Larry replied with a huff, trying to beat junior there. "Wait for me!" Says an excited  who chases after them. "As if i would ever play his game." Ludwig mutters. "What about these guys?" Max asked just bowser is about to uses his coptor to fly off. "Pff..don't worry about them! Someone's gotta fly the airship, and it's certainly not either of us!" Bowser responds knowing the max is referring to the crew and some of his army. "Heh..good point." Mike chuckles while the rest of koopalings had already flown off.

-Bowser pov-

Most of my army are idiots. Useful, but ultimately idiots. Especially when neither of them can ever beat mario...while playing fair. That's the one thing i strictly enforced. No firearms that aren't bullet bills, and no weapons other than those power ups mario keeps using in hopes of using them against that plumber but only on rare occasions have i ever actually beaten him...neither of them being when we have our final fight.

With what's happening now? He'll become nothing more than an irritant stooge should he ever show his face here, which i doubt he will.

-Narration-

"So..what are about to do?" Mike asks kamek. "Ah, i am just going to teleport you to the castle doors. Just relax and don't get use to this." Kamek answers, as he starts casting his magic on him and max. "Wouldn't dream of it." Mike says with a chuckle as kamek points his wand at the two of them and they both vanished in a puff of rainbow smoke only to reappear a hundred feet away from the castle door just as junior was about to make it there first. "HEY! NO FAIR!!" Junior yells, irritated that max and mike got there first. "Ha, if only you were about to be 'rotten egg'." Ludwig says with an amused grin. "SHUT UP!!" Junior roars in anger while mike couldn't help but laugh and max chuckles a bit.

-Ludwig pov-

I never knew kamek could teleport others like that. Impressive...that little trick certainly made junior angry which is quite a pleasant sight. Ah, if only i could have been able to beat junior at his own little game...

-Junior pov-

DAMN IT! DAMN IT! DAMN IT! I WAS SO CLOSE! This stinks! Humph..was this max's doing?! Nah..he's still a novice with his magic, and mike as far as i know doesn't use magic. That must mean kamek had something to do with it! You know what? I'm just gonna let it slide...don't want this to ruin my return to papa's castle!

-Mike pov-

Ha ha..we got here first! In all seriousness though, this is such an amazing experience for me and even more so for max! Still..i can't help but wonder what caused him to quickly act as if nothing happened when something clearly did. It doesn't help when i feel as if something major is about to happen a way that changes things in a way that even i won't see coming.

-Narration-

Marx decided to simply float his way down with a shit eating grin on his face. It was quite obvious that he's enjoying himself as the castle doors slowly opened. "Here goes..." Max mutters, while the koopalings and junior, who is currently grumbling from not winning, all wait in anticipation. "Ah. You've arrived." came the voice of tyson who has his arms crossed and looked as if he had been standing there for quite some time which unnerved max a little bit.

-Tyson pov-

It's about time they showed up. Bowser's castle is massive, and yet...there is a undeniably dark aura that permeates this place. One that is recent and not of this land. One that bedevils this place with a feeling of dread that many here are oblivious to. However...upon looking at the one named max...i can immediately sense the same dread. Hm..if this dread is coming from what i believe is right here in this castle...then we are ALL in danger...
