Ottoman Empire pov
The negotiations have failed as I suspected they would so I declared war with my army being put into defensive positions because I know I have to inflict as many casulties as possible. This will make war unpopular in the Austrian Empire which will hopefully get them to surrender to my nation before this gets too bad for my nation stability wise.

I smiled as the funding of the Serbians and Romanians has been working with the war now upon us my men began to push on the North to demoralize the Ottoman army to open up an opprotunity for the Serbians, and Romanians to revolt so that the Ottomans fall to a 2 possible 3 front war which will weaken the Ottomans to an even bigger degree. I was shocked though when the Russians and British directly joined in with me calling in the French and HRE to counter them before they change the war effort the Ottomans are contributing too to much for me to handle.
