A/N - This chapter was inspired by the song SUPERMODEL by Måneskin. It's a pretty short one, but I've finally posted again! I hope you all enjoy it.

Tony had spotted you the second he had walked through the door. You were looking pretty as ever, silhouetted by the lights behind the bar and clearly humouring the conversation of the bartender who looked completely starstruck at your presence. He could only assume that you were used to it by now. Years of being fawned after by practically anyone who had ever picked up a magazine or turned on a TV. It was hard to not recognise you.

He made his way across the room, greeting people as he went, but keeping his eyes fixed on you every step of the way. After all, you guys went way back. He could remember the you that had braces and pigtails and hand-me-down denim dungarees, rather than skin-tight dresses and heels so high that he was genuinely impressed that you could stand, let alone walk. Of course, you'd always been pretty, even then, but now it was something different. You'd gone from the girl next door to one of the most notoriously lusted after women in America.

"Long time no see," he hummed, shifting to lean up against the bar beside you.

For a moment, you looked a little confused, your brow furrowing for just a second before your eyes shot open wide and your lips twisted into one of the most beautiful smiles Tony had ever seen. "Tony Stark," you cried out, letting out a sweet, melodic laugh that he was sure had tempted more than a handful of men into your fanbase. "How long has it been?" you pressed on, leaning in to press a chaste kiss to his cheek.

"High school graduation?" he wondered aloud, his head tilting the side as you shook your head.

"No way," you murmured. "I guess it doesn't feel like that long when you're constantly on my TV talking about all that Iron Man stuff, huh?"

He snorted slightly. "Yeah, I could say the same thing about you, little miss supermodel," he teased, watching you roll your eyes at him. "I mean, I can barely leave the house without seeing you plastered up on some billboard somewhere-"

"God, Claire wouldn't believe this," you murmured, interrupting him with a light chuckle. "You remember Claire Tinson, right?"

His tongue darted out to wet his bottom lip. "You guys were practically joined at the hip," he reminded you.

"Well, she's an accountant now; my accountant. Married with three amazing kids and the most beautiful house in the world, of course. But she had the biggest crush on you in high school." You paused for a moment, shaking your head slightly. "She won't believe that I ran into you."

The two of you had spent the rest of your night huddled together at the bar, catching up on everything that had happened in the last twenty-odd years. It had come so naturally too, the same old flirting lilt coming through without even having to think about it.

"I really should be heading out," you hummed, biting down on your bottom lip. "I've got a shoot in the morning and my agent will have my head if I show up with dark circles," you pressed on.

Tony nodded, his eyes lingering on you for a moment. "We should get together again," he finally started, breaking the silence that had settled between you. "I mean, we've barely even breached the surface," he added.

You chuckled, pulling your phone out of your purse and handing it over for him to add his number. "I'll call you," you told him.

"You'd better not leave it another twenty years; not sure I'll make it that long," he teased, handing the phone back with his contact details safely typed in.

"I promise I won't." You hesitated for a moment. "I've missed you, you know? I didn't realise it, but I really have."

Tony was grinning, looking like he was about to go screaming and shouting from the rooftops. You had missed him. The girl he had been borderline obsessed with since middle school had missed him.

"Yeah, I missed you too," he told you softly, head tilting to the side slightly. "Don't be a stranger this time, little miss supermodel," he chuckled.
