Shadow Mewtwo has this attack where it uses this blade magic attack, so I decided to give it my own version if it was in the main game.
Name: Shadow Blades
Type: Either Psychic, Dark, Ghost, or Shadow (Gale of Darkness or Colosseum)
Power: If it's a Recharge, it's 160, if it's not, 90 to 120!
Category: Physical!
Extra effects: If recharge, it causes a Turn of Recharge, or maybe two! If not, lower defense of opponent 10% of the time, and always lowers the Defense of the user!
