Fixing Movesets for Ash's Pokémon

So I decided to rework Ash's Movesets, for some reason...ask if you want to know the reason behind the selected moves, for only some

Pikachu: Thunderbolt, Volt Tackle, Knock Off, and Iron Tail.

Bulbasaur: Sludge Bomb, Vine Whip, Solar Beam, Razor Leaf

Charizard: Seismic Toss, Flanethrower, Dragon Claw, Wing Attack

Squirtle: Hydro Pump, Skull Bash, Rain Dance, Gyro Ball

Snorlax: Body Slam, Ice Punch, Rest, Hyper Beam

Heracross: Mega Horn, Close Combat, Horn Attack, Sleep Talk

Noctowl: Psychic, Hypnosis, Wing Attack, Hyper Voice

Sceptile: Leaf Blade, Dragon Claw, Quick Attack, Leaf Storm

Torterra: Energy Ball, Heavy Slam, Headlong Rush, Leaf Storm

Infernape: Flare Blitz, Close Combat, Dig, Thunder Punch.

I am gonna skip BW...because I don't feel like it.

Greninja: Water Shuriken, Night Slash, Aerial Ace, Double Team

Hawlucha: Flying Press, Brick Break, Wing Attack, X-Scissor

Rowlet: Brave Bird, Seed Bomb, Feather Dance, Tackle

Lycanroc: Accelerock, Counter, Crunch, Stone Edge

Incineroar: Darkest Lariat, Fire Punch, Fire Blast, Revenge

Melmetal: Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Flash Cannon, Double Iron Bash

Dragonite: Wing Attack, Dragon Claw, Hyper Beam, Dragon Dance

Gengar: Ice Punch, Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, Dazzling Gleam

Lucario: Aura Sphere, Bullet Punch, Reversal, Crunch

Sirfetch'd: Brutal Swing, Meteor Assault, Brick Break, Brave Bird

Dracovish: Fishious Rend, Dragon Rush, Leech Life, Ice Fang.

Note: If I worked on the Pokémon Anime story line and I could get Ashlie and Chuster on it here's the move set for Chuster, which is different:
Thunderbolt, Hidden Power (Ice), Volt Tackle, Knock Off.
