"You," Crowley stated, looking at Chuck.

"Still got a few tricks up my sleeve. I'm not dead y-"

Chuck pulled away from Sam's support, only to collapse against him once more.

"Oh, whoa. Okay. I got you," Sam assured him.

"I should probably sit down."

"Yeah, come on."

Sam helped Chuck over to a chair, lowering him into the seat.

"Alright. Okay."

"What do we do now?" Cass asked.

I paused, and then turned on my heel and strode into the kitchen, pulling a six-pack from the fridge and setting it on the island. Sam, Dean, and Cass joined me as I twisted the top off one and took a long pull.

"Really?" Sam asked me.

"Really," I sighed as Dean also grabbed a beer and began to drink. "What? We hit Amos with everything we got, and he walked it off."

"So... so it's last call?"

"That's right," I took another sip of beer. "Look, Sam. If you've got something for me to punch, shoot, or kill, let me know and I'll do it. I'll do it till I die. But how are we supposed to fix the friggin' sun?"

"Mama, what's going on?"

"The sun's dying."

"Why?"

I glanced in the rearview mirror at Maddie and Zep in the backseat.

"It's complicated," I replied.

"Is it because of Amos?" Maddie pressed.

I chewed on my lip, knuckles white on the steering wheel.

"Where did you hear that name?"

"You and Dad keep talking about him."

I was silent again, unsure of what to say.

"Is Chuck okay?" Zep chimed in from the back.

I nearly crashed the car- which Dean would not have appreciated in the slightest.

"W-why do you ask, bud?"

"He said this would happen if Amos hurt him."

"When did he say that?"

Zep didn't respond and I stopped the car, swiveling in my seat to look back at him and Maddie.

"Zeppelin Bram, when did he say that to you?"

"While you guys were trying to get Lucifer out of Uncle Sammy's room," Maddie was the one who answered. "When he made us pancakes."

"He just told you guys that if Amos hurt him this would happen?"

"We were just curious, and he answered our questions. It's not our fault!"

"We wanna help," Zeppelin added.

"No," I shook my head, shutting down that line of thinking real fast.

"I've helped before," Maddie pointed out. "Why can't we help now?"

"Because there's nothing to help with! The sun is freaking dying because Amos tried to kill Chuck and it's working!"

"You could just kill Amos, too."

"What?"

"To restore the balance. If Chuck's dying, then you need to kill Amos, too."
