"Get in!" Cap guy yells, while hitting the car roof.
"Tatta!" Arisu yells happily.
Wait...
His name is Tatta?!
Welp.
For me, he'll stay cap guy.
Easier, I'd say.
"Don't just stand there!" Ann tells us through the window.
"Ann!" Kuina yells.
Suddenly, a few bullets hit the car and I know that we have to hurry.
As Ann opens the back door, Usagi and Arisu start running towards the car.
I take Chishiya's hand.
"Come on, we have to go now" I tell him.
He exhales and looks at me, with a small frown on his face.
"Yeah yeah, relax a bit, N/n" He tells me before giving me a small smirk.
My eyes go wide.
"How the hell can you be so calm this whole time, Chishiya?! From your weird run-waddling with your hands in your pockets to now. We have got to go!" I tell him.
He nods shortly, and we stand up with Kuina to follow Usagi and Arisu into the car.
We run through the gunfire, me running after Kuina while pulling Chishiya with one hand.
His one hand was holding on to mine, while the other was in his pocket once again.
Kuina jumps into the car and I let go of Chishiya to follow her.
We squeeze into the backseat and I turn to Chishiya.
"Come on, hurry, Shuntaro!" I yell at him.
"Run Chishiya!" Kuina also yells.
But Chishiya stops abruptly, looking at something beside the car.
I look down and see a grenade landing next to the car.
I look back up at Chishiya to see him staring at me, his eyes looking at me, unsure.
"That's bad! Get going!" He yells at Ann.
"What?!" I yell as Ann starts driving.
"I'm sorry" Is the last thing I hear from him.
Kuina leans over me and quickly pulls the door shut, while I turn in my seat to look for Chishiya.
"Chishiya!" I yell out to him, only seeing him jump behind another car.
No...
We left him.
Shit.
Nononono
What do I do?!
As we drive, multiple grenades explode beside the car, making cap guy, who was driving, start panicking.
I look at Kuina, worry in my eyes.
"We left him, Kuina" I tell her, my voice shaking.
I feel tears fill my eyes.
I can't have lost him, right?
What if I never see him again?!
"Don't worry" She tells me.
"He's okay"
But she sounds a bit unconvinced, making me sigh in frustration.
"Okay, we're safe now" Cap guy says as we drive down a road, no more bullets or grenades hitting the car.
