Chapter 54

August 3 2022, Kuala Lumpur

"HEY, DORK, OVER HERE!" Alliah shouted across the room, waving her arm above her head. Curls held back by a sparkly pink clip, green eyes on full display and grinning, there stood Harry.

Harry ran towards her, grabbing her by the waist as he hugged her tight. It had been a month since the last time they'd seen each other, and that was entirely too long.

"You broke the two week rule," Harry mumbled into her shoulder, nuzzling into the crook of her neck.

Alliah giggled at the sensation, feeling the warmth of his touch soothe a yearning she'd been feeling. "You didn't visit either."

"'S not fair, I always visit you."

"I'm sorry for having a job."

Harry gasped dramatically, moving away from her long enough to look at her in the eye and say, "I have a job too, y'know."

"Sure you do, babe," Alliah teased him with a patronizing tone. She hugged him again, holding him tight to her. "I missed you."

"Missed you too."

-> username lots of people traveled to see alliah's show, meaning the city is filled with alliah fans, and there are incredibly high chances that someone at the airport was a fan, which is the reason that artists who tour have pictures taken of them constantly in airports.

a/n: mostly social media. next chapter is a bit of a big one, pretty important

life is kinda weird rn. i'm happy but i'm also having like a bunch of anxiety and i'm on the verge of a panic attack all the time and then i almost cried in the middle of my class, and i have an exam on saturday that i'm pretty sure i'm going to either fail or get a really low grade on. yesterday i was making some envelopes and i was on the verge of crying each time i made a little mistake. so, basically my anxiety is shit and i don't like therapy so i quit about 6 months ago and haven't gone back since.

lowkey really want to be on antidepressants rn, or anxiety meds. maybe both?
