Chapter 44 - The Approach

Unknown POV

"Have you found the girl?" I asked impatiently.

"N-Not yet M-Master... I have s-still yet to find about h-her whereabouts."

"Well, you better make it snappy! I need that power to rule the world and so that I can get acknowledged by my creator!" I yelled in frustration, only to see my servant to flinch at my tone which I didn't care. I give no mercy.

"Y-Yes Master..."

"Good. Come here." I motioned her to come forward.

"W-What is it Master?" she whimpered with those green emerald orbs of hers as I roughly grabbed her chin to face me. Those sad and terrified green eyes. They were absolutely stunning to see her begging for mercy, to be afraid of me and wanting to escape. There's no way she can escape. I brought my face towards her, pressing my cheek against hers and whispered roughly.

"You're boring me. Maybe I should make things more interesting for us..." I smirked to only feel her tremble at my malicious words, dripped in venom.

"M-Mas-" I cut her off by forcefully gripping onto her small fragile neck of hers. She brought up both of her hands on my wrist to pull it off. No can do.

"What a bad choice you made, my dear." I growled, slowly crushing her neck until she could no longer fight back. I grinned evilly and proceed to slam her onto the wall. Blood was trickling down from her mouth and onto her chin.

"Scream for me... I want to hear you in horror and in pain." I chuckled evilly, tightening my grasp on her neck. But there was no sound except for a sickening noise from her neck.

"Ahhhhh~... Tsk. Damn... I was just having fun. What a lame trash she was." I sighed and dropped her lifeless body onto the ground making a loud thud.

I stared at her long black hair that has fallen onto her pale face, her green eyes in shock with no life in them. She was useless and didn't put much of a fight. Yet I didn't even hear her to scream. There's no pleasure in that. What troublesome woman.

"Hotaru, come." I called out to feel a presence appearing behind me. I knew that it was my one and loyal pet.

"You called?"

"I did... I want you to get rid of this disgusting trash."

"Hai. Was she not to your liking?"

"She didn't even put up of a fight. It was brutal to not hear her scream. There's no fun in that, don't you think?"

"Hai Master."

"Grab me another stupid human. One where they look vulnerable, trembling in fear, they fear death. Fear me." I chuckled and turned to face him.

"In cell A?" he asked, his amber eyes showing no emotion and red hair slightly covering his face. He was half human and half demon, based on my creations. I could create even more if I wanted to. It was all thanks to my creator I worship so much.

"That's right. Get a good one to satisfy my needs." I grinned.

"Yes Master."

"Oh... and one more thing, once you have given me a weak useless human for me to play with, I want you to capture her now. I want her for myself, my innocent angel. You know what to do. Follow her every move and don't get caught." I paused for a minute or so and thought about something else in mind. "Ah, I want you to capture her when she is alone and when the time is right. But make it fast. Do whatever you can to kidnap her but don't kill her. That would be my part." I grinned sadistically making him to smirk.
