"he's leaving the restaurant," you spoke into your microphone. "the woman and the other man are still sitting there. should i arrest them?" you asked.

"mingyu, y/n, follow after the man. dino, you and your guys grab the table. i want everyone alive. we need them to confess to everything," your boss instructed.

"you got it, coups," dino replied. you noticed him from across the restaurant at a table with some of his group.

you quickly paid your bill with cash, not caring about getting change, and headed out of the restaurant. you looked around and found your target lighting a cigarette so you pretended to be on your phone.

"don't be so assertive now, l/n. don't want to be noticed too quick," you heard mingyu say to you.

"i'm a professional, kim, remember?" you replied to him.

after waiting a few seconds, you glanced over and noticed the man walking away. you put your phone in your pocket before starting to follow him down the street. it was nighttime but it was also the weekend, so the streets were packed a bit more than usual.

while following, you heard the others announce that they arrested the two people from the restaurant.

"what's your six, kim?" you asked mingyu as you continued to walk.

"across the street," mingyu replied. you looked around and saw mingyu walking on the other side of the street. you could see him smirk at you while you continued walking. "shall i join you?" he asked.

"i can handle myself, kim," you said and saw your target waiting on the end of the block in order to cross the street. "looks like we're gonna meet up," you mentioned to him.

"so you're gonna join me instead. how nice of you. i was just getting lonely," he said, making you roll your eyes as you reached the corner of the block.

you waited for the sign to change and started walking across the street, still following your target.

you met up with mingyu at the corner and waited for another sign to change to cross the block.

"did you hear about those drug deals at the new hotel?" mingyu suddenly asked you.

playing along, you shook your head. "really? that's crazy," you replied to him as the sign changed to cross the block.

you noticed your target shift their head to turn back. he started walking faster and you two continued following him.

the man kept looking over his shoulder and eventually started running when he realized you were following him.

"cut him off!" you said to mingyu and ran after the man. mingyu went in another direction.

you chased the man down a shortcut that was an alleyway.

"stop running!" you yelled as you chased the man. you took your gun out and held it down as you ran.

once you were towards the end of the alley, the man suddenly tripped to the ground. you saw mingyu step out, pointing his gun at the man.

"i win," mingyu said with a smirk on his face.

"cheap shot," you said to mingyu and put your gun away. you grabbed your handcuffs and handcuffed the man.

"gets the job done," he replied. "this is kim and l/n, target has been apprehended," he said into his microphone.

"good work, agents."
