Taehyung had a pretty good amount of sleep in his mom's embrace that he failed to have in the past few days. When he woke up, the living room was dimmed and his mom was gone by his side. The TV was turned off, a pillow was under his head along with a blanket gently laid over his tall curled figure.

After Mrs. Kim acknowledged that her son was up, the woman feeds him the dinner she made for him, especially with her hands despite having servants knowing how much Taehyung loves her handmade food. Furthermore, Taehyung has opted for giving her mother's words a try. He has decided to give himself some space from both Jungkook and Jimin hence he elected he will spend the night here in his old bedroom, an old remembrance he used to live in when he was younger.

Yes, he has also decided that he will talk to Jungkook tomorrow about having a break from everything, including Jungkook. He doesn't have the energy, nor does he have the mindset to handle how Jungkook will react to his decision thus he chose against contacting the younger at this moment.

So he decided he will just take a small break for a day and hide here until someone finds him.

He was currently sitting on the floor of his room's open balcony. Back leaned against the wall and slender fingers holding a cigarette between them, a narrow trail of murky transparent smoke waivers from the flaming tip.

A thick glass of wine and the bottle were placed right beside him, over the floor. Taehyung took a drag from the cigar, letting the smoke flow out through his nose and mix with the air, polluting it. A dreary smell of the burning nicotine lingered in the air.

He stares at the busy streets from the fifth floor of his parent's penthouse, that's where his bedroom was situated. The streets were pretty crowded even though it was late at night, around 10 PM. Taehyung, without averting his gaze from the outward view, took the glass from the floor and takes a sip from it.

He can feel the sharp burning sensation of the alcohol as the red liquid cascade down through his throat, the spicy flavor causing him to scrunch his nose slightly before he rests his forearm on top of his knee, still holding the glass.

Taehyung let out a loud sigh when he noticed his iPhone ringing for the nth time. He looks down and reads the screen, Jungkook's name was flashing over the lock screen of two random kids swimming in a pool. It says the said guy has called him over fifteen times in a row since this evening. But every time, Taehyung decided to ignore it.

He averts his gaze from the lock screen and brings the butt of the cigar close to his lips, capturing it between the plump tiny flesh under his nose and then taking a long drag before letting the smoke escape through his nose again.

Taehyung closed his eyes and gently hit the back of his head against the wall. Steady breaths of air were evading from his parted mouth. He wants to let his mind rest but it's like his mind doesn't want it.

No matter how hard he tries, the thoughts of what coming in the future bug him. The thought of his complicated feelings for both his husband and Jungkook bugs him. Should he let go of Jungkook? No, he doesn't want that. But at the same time, he's not sure of his feelings. If he's still in love with Jimin then why would he develop the same feeling for someone else as well?

That doesn't make sense to him.

But if he doesn't let go of the blonde head, he's going to hurt the male unintentionally. Everything was okay for Taehyung until Jungkook developed feelings for him. He didn't have any problem having Jungkook in his life while still amassing his controversies and complicated feelings towards his husband.

But now that Jungkook confessed that he doesn't like but loves him, he's having mixed feelings about keeping the blonde head in his life and just giving him nothing but damage and disappointment in return.
