1. I am not trying to cover Harsh for his mistakes in the show. He cheated on his wife and that was wrong. But this story is different from tv show so obviously there are changes in Birla's story too.
2. I know majority of you don't like Abhimanyu being so tied to his mother especially when his mother is the villain. So, now she is not his mother.
3. Neil also deserves a family who will love him and support him which Birla family isn't and they can't be that family.
4. I don't know who exactly was Avni. Couln't find much about her on internet so she is a product of my imagination. Here is her character intro
Avni Rathore/Birla
A paediatrician at Birla Hospital.
She met Harsh in college and they became good friends. Later, her sister got married to his brother which increased their interactions and they had love+arranged marriage.
She is a kind person but also very smart. (Abhimanyu got his brains from her and personality from Harsh)
